Job Description
The Role: As a Strategy Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise accounts-including onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. You will be fully accountable for ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes and long-term success on the Strategy platform.
This role is a blend of technical consulting, management consulting, and strategy consulting. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize ROI, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), define their AI and data strategy, and stay ahead of industry trends. Success is measured by delivering industry-leading Net Revenue Retention (NRR), strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and consistent year-over-year expansion.
You'll collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive seamless execution and adoption of cloud-native architecture, Data Fabric, and AI-driven analytics. A major focus will be leading customers through large-scale transformation initiatives-ranging from cloud migrations and data modernization to AI and data strategy, new business use cases, and enterprise-wide optimization-that deliver lasting impact and measurable value.

Own the full customer lifecycle-onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.

Manage a multimillion-dollar ARR portfolio with accountability for renewals, retention, and growth.
Proactively identify risks and ensure accurate forecasting.
Deliver against key success metrics: NRR, NPS, adoption milestones, ROI, and advocacy.
Collaboration & Advocacy
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Advisory roles with enterprise SaaS preferred (requirement varies by level; hiring across all levels of CSM).
Strong consulting skills with ability to link customer goals to measurable outcomes.
Proven success managing large ARR portfolios with high NRR and retention.
Experience with cloud-native services, cloud migration, and defining customer AI and data strategies (BI/AI/analytics).

The Role
We are seeking a professional, mature and motivated PIC with international experience to join our small but expanding flight department. The Global Express Captain ensures that all flight operations meet or exceed applicable federal regulations and company standards. As an ISBAO Stage II flight department, Strategy has been providing VVIP travel services for our company's top executives for 15+ years.
Your Focus:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company aircraft while serving as PIC or SIC. Ensure full compliance with all applicable FAA and TSA regulations, as well as company-specific flight standards.
Maintain required pilot licensure, medical certifications and applicable training in accordance with FAA requirements and company policies.
Deliver a high level of customer service while demonstrating Strategy's culture of safety and professionalism.
Coordinate with corporate security specialists as needed while planning and operating each flight.
Ensure that the aircraft is airworthy, registered, and all required documentation is aboard the aircraft.
Complete facility assessments to ensure the suitability of proposed airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) regarding airport runway, taxiway and parking facilities, as well as FBO fueling services, passenger transportation, ramp access, services and amenities, fees, security, and availability of customs services for proposed aircraft operations.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, including evaluating aircraft performance, weight and balance calculations, fuel requirements, weather conditions review, and route optimization. Make decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights and deviate the flight from the planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate. Communicate planned changes promptly.
Complete the Strategy Flight Risk Assessment Tool prior to each flight.
Ensures completion of an aircraft preflight inspection before each departure by either the PIC or SIC.
Complete all aircraft operations using pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checklists and documentation procedures.
Operate the aircraft per the Strategy Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and in accordance with published aircraft limitations.

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help grow and retain our small customer segment for the MCS product. This role plays a critical part in our go-to-market strategy by ensuring tailored attention and sustained engagement across a high-volume portfolio.
This is a transactional sales role focused on smaller organizations, designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoy managing a large base of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Migration Outreach: Proactively manage a book of small to mid-sized on-premise accounts (< $50K ARR), engaging them in consultative discussions about their upcoming migration to the Strategy Cloud before the End of Support (EOS) for the legacy on-premise platform in 2028.
Manage and grow a defined portfolio of approximately 100existing install-base accounts within a regional territory.
Drive renewals, expansions, and upgrades within assigned accounts to capture identified migration and growth opportunities.
Execute a high-volume, tactical sales approach focused on transactional selling to small cloud customers (Annual Recurring Revenue < $50K)
Engage directly with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, demonstrate product value, and close business.
Collaborate closely with Partners, Professional Services, AEs, BDRs, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Track and forecast opportunities in CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline data and activity metrics.
Contribute to regional growth goals across a total book of 1,200 accounts and $17M in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Provide feedback to Sales Operations and Product teams to help refine the MCS product strategy and customer experience.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-velocity environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Gong, Outreach, etc.).
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your role and responsibilities
This position is for a Virtualization Engineer supporting the Army Edge Computing Capability (AECC) project that ALTESS is fielding for the U.S. Army. AECC is a hyperconverged, multitenant private cloud hosting environment for Army enterprise and tactical applications. The solution leverages VMware products (ESXi, vSAN, NSX, vCloud Foundation, ARIA Automation) to implement a Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) across multiple global sites. ALTESS operates as a managed service provider (MSP) under Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO Enterprise), delivering value-added common and managed services for hosted Army applications.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for VMware suite deployment and sustainment within AECC.
* Utilize IaC for provisioning customer enclaves as applications are hosted on AECC.
* Administer VMware products daily, including patching and upgrading all components.
* Monitor virtualization resource utilization and alert AECC leadership when additional capacity is needed.
* Harden VMware products using commercial best practices and government cybersecurity controls.
* Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for hosting platform issues.
* Create and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, network topology, configurations, and SOPs.
* Provide on-call support for after-hours production incident triage and resolution.
* Recommend improvements for security, scalability, manageability, and performance across network, storage, and compute services.
