Nothing really. The employees and team members are great, but the leadership is horrible.
Poor leadership, terrible management, rapid turnover, lack of concise objectives and directive, and no company vision.
The teammates in the company are superb. It seems fitting that the ground level employees would band together for security considering the hostile workplace the leadership fosters.
