Job Summary:

Primary Duties:

The main purpose of this job is to ensure our clients achieve maximum value and success using our CollectPay Online and Integrated Receivables solutions. How You'll Spend Your Time
* You will coordinate services provided by other areas of the Bank, including Wealth Management Services, Portfolio Management, Strategic Investment Advisory, Mineral Management, and Tax.
* You will review fee schedules, as well as analyze and evaluate fees and profitability of accounts.
* You will ensure compliance of all applicable laws and regulations so clients are operating within Bank standards.
* You will analyze complex information and data to develop and recommend solutions to challenging projects.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study and 3-5 years of directly related experience or 9-11 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
Juris Doctor or MBA preferred.

Job Description
Responsible for assisting Commercial Lenders in performing various routine and clerical duties. Duties will predominantly include working with lenders to prepare loan requests. Work closely with lenders, borrowers, and credit administration staff daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and send internal loan checklist to centralized processing for generating loan documents.
Order title work, appraisals, flood determinations, UCC searches, Environmental reports, and other data as needed.
Review loan applications to verify data is complete & meets compliance requirements
Work with title companies to schedule loan closings clear title issues if applicable
Assists lender in obtaining necessary information from borrower, such as financial information and other data.
Review closing documents before funding, confirm proper vesting legal descriptions, prove we have appropriate insurance in place, and clear any exceptions
Upload all documentation and build electronic files. Upload the complete, signed loan file into the imaging system.
Review and understand loan policy.
Provide administrative assistance to loan officers and appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Education And/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One to three years of commercial banking experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure of deadlines
Working knowledge of loan programs & types. Mortgage terminology. Must be familiar with compliance rules/regulations (Reg B, RESPA, Reg Z, Fair Lending, etc)
All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
Must exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently.
Must occasionally lift and move up to 25lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Sitting for long periods.
