This exceptional candidate should be able to think critically, possess basic math skills, and the capability to maintain confidentiality. Primary Duties: Safely and accurately process customers' routine transactions such as cashing checks, depositing money, issuing withdrawals, and collecting loan payments Identify customer needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty. Job Description The Institutional Wealth Corporate Trust Relationship Manager II is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of less complex institutional corporate trust client accounts. Provides administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments consistent with BOKF policy. Responsible for meeting defined business development and retention goals. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study and 3-5 years of directly related experience or 9-11 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
