Mr. Jeffrey R. Olmstead has been Chief Executive Officer, Director of Mid-Con Energy GP, LLC, the General Partner of Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner effective August 1, 2014. Mr. Olmstead has been a member of the board of directors of Mid-Con Energy III, LLC and President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of directors of Mid-Con Energy IV, LLC since June 2011.
