Plumber General Description: Feldkamp Enterprises, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for working on jobsites assigned by their Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in commercial plumbing systems, ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Plumbers will be required to work directly under the Field Foreman and be responsible for training and leading Plumbing Apprentices and Helper level staff members assigned to their jobsite. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Know state and local plumbing regulations. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvents, caulking or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks. Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures. Perform complex calculations and planning for special or large jobs, including daily scope of work.
