    Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC) is looking for an Order Picker to perform a variety of manual tasks associated with the acquisition, storage, and distribution of food products. Hours are Monday through Friday (6am-2:30pm) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs a variety of general duties including picking and packing, loading, unloading and proper storage of food products. * Uses pallets as food is pulled from the shelves. * Shrink-wraps and tags skids for delivery * Unloads food donations from food drives and individuals as needed. * Develops and provides receipts to donors. * Ensures that first-expired-first-out methodology is used for each order transaction. * Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of food distribution and warehouse areas. * Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety practices and policies. * Participates in special projects at the request of the Manager. * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Certifications: High School Diploma/GED Required. Food Safety Certification or be able to become certified by the Mid-Ohio Food Collective. Experience: Minimum of one year of warehouse experience including use of forklift (propane and electric), electric pallet jacks/riders (4ft and 8ft) is required. Working knowledge of general warehouse machinery and operations. Knowledge of quality control practices, procedures, and scanning equipment. Skills/Competencies: Must have excellent customer skills and mathematical skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team environment. JOB CONDITIONS: Warehouse environment. Safety sensitive position due to regular interaction with heavy machinery. Must be able to: perform moderate to heavy physical labor (lift 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally). This program is designed to bring awareness and education to our local community about sustainable food production. Focusing on the principles of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and urban agriculture techniques, MOFC is committed to educating and training the next generation of farmers. The Farm Mentorship Program is a workforce training program that provides the knowledge, skills and experience necessary for future career opportunities in agriculture. Mentees design crop plans to be executed in their individual learning plots. Mentees also complete coursework and earn multiple certifications necessary for farm operations. By the end of the program, mentees will be equipped with training that could be used to start and operate an urban farm, or to join an existing operation as a skilled farmer. This program runs from February 2026 through November 2026 and requires participants to work 20 hours/week. What would I be doing in the Farm Mentorship Program? As a key member of the Farm Mentorship Program at Mid-Ohio Food Collective, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining individual learning plots that focus on sustainable food production. Summary: The Procedural Care Unit sees an average of 55 cases daily, offering a fast-paced environment. PCU provides care both before and after procedures for Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular labs. Procedures include TAVR's, ablations, biopsies, catheterizations and more. PCU is an outpatient/closed unit, there are no floating requirements. Day shift holiday requirement: Either one working holiday or one on call shift.
