Follows agency interview panel process, collecting and storing documents when recruitments close. Sends system emails to applicants and contacts candidates regarding candidate status. Develops rapport with candidates and presents career opportunities that may be attractive and rewarding. Refers to manager for complex issues, processes, and policies as they arise.
