**Primary Purpose**
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Support Director of Communications in advising and counseling executive leaders within the applicable company with respect to communications issues, strategies and tactics. Oversee staff of two communicators in execution and management of internal communications and outreach to support all aspects of the company's operation. Assist Director of Communications to ensure that communications plans and processes reinforce workforce understanding and compliance with company policies and public understanding of the company's operations and strategy. Assign and manage communications resources as required in support of the Director of Communications. Manage the planning and execution of critical internal communications vehicles and events, including meetings, presentations newsletters and executive communications. Represent and back up the Director of Communications in their absence. Additional duties include reviewing employee performance; assigning, critiquing and editing communication materials; coaching and feedback; motivating and setting direction; providing oversight; and integrating communications at the site.
**Primary Duties**

+ Design and deliver communications that reach employees with limited access to email or digital platforms by implementing and managing creative communication vehicles and approaches in support of company goals and strategy and serve as a liaison between field teams and corporate communications to ensure two-way feedback and engagement. (25%)
+ Lead planning and execution of employee events across the service territory, including town halls, benefit fairs, strategy roadshows, and appreciation days. Coordinate logistics, content development, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up. Measure event impact and employee engagement through surveys and feedback loops. (20%)
+ Collaborate with other organizations such as HR, GREA, Operations to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of critical information. (15%)
+ Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g. Employment, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, etc.) and participate as a key manager in career development and business planning (10%)

Internship Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting the Duke Energy Corporate Archives archivist. Responsibilities include assisting with archival organization, item description, preservation work, research, digitizing and database entry. Grid Strategy, Planning & Integration - Maintain distributed energy sites on the Distribution Grid (batteries and solar sites) while interfacing with Engineering, Controls, and Maintenance. Some example projects would be programming site RTACS to interface with our PII server, programming our RTACS to automate dispatch), analyzing performance data (this could be operations data from or maintenance data), or troubleshooting issues. This will provide the intern with real world experience in renewables, primarily energy storage. The Grid Planning Studies team focuses on transmission-level analysis of generator additions and modifications in Duke Energy Carolinas, Duke Energy Florida, and Duke Energy Progress. These generation resources include but are not limited to solar, battery, and natural gas sites that may range from several MW to in excess of 1 GW. A senior lawyer who is a highly qualified attorney handling complex transactional legal matters and projects on behalf of the Company.
**Primary Duties**
1. Under minimal supervision, handles and leads numerous commercial, corporate, and procurement matters in support of all business units, including planning, conducting, and supervising complex legal assignments. As a Gas Standards Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the safety and reliability of our gas system:

**Primary Purpose**
The Manager, Audit Services, Fraud, is responsible for leading and overseeing the Anti-Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program across Exelon's footprint, encompassing four utility operating companies, more than 10 million customers, and annual expenditures of more than $8.5BN. The role's responsibilities include program design, supporting fraud-related audit engagements, leading fraud risk assessments, developing and delivering organizational training, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership, and assisting in compliance and ethics investigations as required. This role also includes traditional internal audit managerial responsibilities, including execution of internal audit activities to ensure the effectiveness of the organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. These responsibilities include risk assessment, developing and implementing audit plans, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. The Manager, Audit Services, Anti-Fraud will also play a key role in coaching and developing audit team members, fostering a high-performing learning environment, and serving as a liaison to business partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

+ Lead Audit Services' Anti-Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program. A senior lawyer who is a highly qualified attorney handling complex transactional legal matters and projects on behalf of the Company.
**Primary Duties**
1. Under minimal supervision, handles and leads numerous commercial, corporate, and procurement matters in support of all business units, including planning, conducting, and supervising complex legal assignments. Support Director of Communications in advising and counseling executive leaders within the applicable company with respect to communications issues, strategies and tactics. **Primary Purpose**
The Manager, Audit Services, Fraud, is responsible for leading and overseeing the Anti-Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program across Exelon's footprint, encompassing four utility operating companies, more than 10 million customers, and annual expenditures of more than $8.5BN. The role's responsibilities include program design, supporting fraud-related audit engagements, leading fraud risk assessments, developing and delivering organizational training, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership, and assisting in compliance and ethics investigations as required. This role also includes traditional internal audit managerial responsibilities, including execution of internal audit activities to ensure the effectiveness of the organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. These responsibilities include risk assessment, developing and implementing audit plans, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. A senior lawyer who is a highly qualified attorney handling complex transactional legal matters and projects on behalf of the Company.

1. Primary Purpose
The Manager, Audit Services, Fraud, is responsible for leading and overseeing the Anti-Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program across Exelon's footprint, encompassing four utility operating companies, more than 10 million customers, and annual expenditures of more than $8.5BN. The role's responsibilities include program design, supporting fraud-related audit engagements, leading fraud risk assessments, developing and delivering organizational training, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership, and assisting in compliance and ethics investigations as required. This role also includes traditional internal audit managerial responsibilities, including execution of internal audit activities to ensure the effectiveness of the organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. These responsibilities include risk assessment, developing and implementing audit plans, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. The Manager, Audit Services, Anti-Fraud will also play a key role in coaching and developing audit team members, fostering a high-performing learning environment, and serving as a liaison to business partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

* Lead Audit Services' Anti-Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program.
