Having the pictures, videos and notes directly from you makes the explanation of needed repairs easy. When you have a shop that offers payment plans to their customers , they are more willing to say YES to the repair today because money is tight for everyone, and being able to pay interest free over time means less "back it out they don't want anythings". When you have a shop that takes the time to build the relationship with the customer, understand customers' timelines and is willing to offer drop off service and a Uber to their home/work. Then you make a happy customer that will return and also means that you have the time you need to make the safe repair without being rushed. We saw the industry changing and didn't sit on our hands.
