Cons of working at Midas Hospitality
All of the established good rules and norms of business behavior are thrown out the door at this company. The company doesn't like to do reviews and give raises, so they don't want workers to stay past the 1 year mark. Also, you can tell when building the hotel, Midas went too cheap because basic hotel systems fail all the time, like heating/AC, plumbing, wireless internet, doors and the fire alarm system. If I was paying $175 or more per night, I wouldn't stay at a hotel where I'd have to room change because of any one of those issues occurring.
