BARTENDER
Bartender Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
* Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service.
* Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.

Bartender Qualifications:
* At least 1-2 years experience with bartending at high volume bars and/or nightclubs.
* Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
* Formal bartending training preferred.
* Must meet state legal age requirements.
* Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
* Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, cooks, wait staff, and supervisors.
* Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

Actively Communicate with Guests, Team Members, and Management to ensure guest satisfaction is of the highest levels. Clear and accurate use of the English language is to be used at all times.
Bistro Team Members must also be cross-trained at the Front Desk to assist both departments during high-volume periods. When the Bistro is slow, you are expected to monitor the rest of the lobby and help where needed (front desk, telephones, cleaning, etc.)
Maintain and clean the equipment to ensure it stays sanitary, clean and in proper working order. Maintain an organized dishwasher and/or pot sink station with the usage of proper chemicals outlined by our supplier, cleaning all dirty dishes, pots & pans as necessary. Working use of sanitary standards throughout shift.
Assist in the setup, breakdown, and servicing of the meeting room. Ability to work long days when required for meeting room functions. Ability to handle multi-tasking to adequately serve guests in the Bistro and meeting spaces.
Maintain a clean and organized Bistro, Market, Lobby, Meeting Rooms, and Kitchen areas at all times. Ensure all cleaning is done to the highest of expectations at the end of each shift, including breaking down and cleaning all equipment, removal of dirty dishes, taking out the trash, mopping, and any other tasks requested by your supervisor or MOD.
Use of production charts, usage records, temperature logs, and any other related documentation to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Bistro and Market.
Have a strong working knowledge of food safety practices, including proper cooking and holding temperatures, as well as cleaning and sanitation procedures. Adhere to sanitation guidelines to include the use of gloves and frequent hand washing.
Ability to predict and proactively meet guests' needs, empathize with guests. Ability to problem solve. Move quickly and have high levels of energy.
OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Ability to be on call and work flexible shifts.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. This includes weekends and holidays according to the hotel.
Upon employment, all team members are required to fully comply with hotel rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities. Team members who violate hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

What You'll Do
As a Bar Back, you will play a vital role in supporting the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to craft exceptional drinks and deliver top-tier service. Your mission is to keep the bar stocked, organized, and running smoothly while maintaining THE ONE GROUP's high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist bartenders with restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
Change kegs, replenish ice, and maintain proper glassware levels
Ensure all juices, syrups, and mixers are prepped and ready for service
Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service
Support bartenders by retrieving specialty items and handling guest requests
Maintain knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar procedures to assist with service
Clean and polish bar equipment, glassware, and utensils to uphold our presentation standards
Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness behind the bar
Assist with inventory control and waste reduction to maximize efficiency
What We're Looking For
Hardworking and team-oriented with a passion for hospitality
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the bartenders efficiently
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., carry kegs, and stand for long periods
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous bar back or hospitality experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate!

Restaurant Bartenders / Servers provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring beverage service for our restaurant guests. Thorough knowledge of mixology, the restaurant food and beverage menus, and recommended pairings is critical to success. Restaurant Bartenders / Servers must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging, service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving. The primary responsibility of a Restaurant Bartender / Server is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.
What you'll be doing...
* Prepare the bar for service by cleaning guest and service spaces and stocking essential supplies for ease of use. Retrieve liquor based on requisition.
* Learn details on each menu item to provide food and beverage recommendations to guests, highlighting unique restaurant offerings and specials.
* Prepare cocktails and other beverages to specification with accuracy, honoring special requests and ensuring guest delight.
* Effectively engage and build rapport with guests to identify needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Proactively communicate special needs or requests and take ownership to resolve guest challenges, working collaboratively with the restaurant team.
* Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces throughout and after shift, completing side work and stocking as needed or assigned.
* Always maintain professionalism consistent with restaurant and company expectations.
* Know and communicate restaurant emergency procedures; inform and assist guests in emergencies.
* Take on additional tasks as necessary or assigned by restaurant leadership.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language(s) used in the workplace
* 8+ hours per day; stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
* Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently

Support servers, barbacks, and leadership to ensure seamless service across the floor
Manage and restock inventory, maintain pars, and complete regular counts as directed
Qualifications:
2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar
Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar technique
Excellent communication skills and a confident, calm presence behind the bar
Ability to maintain pace and standards under high volume
Detail-oriented, punctual, and clean in both habits and appearance
Able to memorize and deliver a consistent script when introducing cocktails or upselling
Willingness to be held accountable to structured checklists and team systems
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
