RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Attending industry networking events and volunteering for committee work to create awareness of and promote visibility of the company's brand, foster relationship building among property managers and prospective clients.
Participate in the proposal process including price development, proposal writing and client presentations.
Effectively utilizes Salesforce to manage the CRM process
Assist in planning and adhering to budget guidelines relating to marketing and advertising expenses, make recommendations, establish sales goals and provide updates as requested.
Cold calling prospective clients.
Able to work and use time effectively based on key priorities, under tight deadlines while maintaining composure; accepts direction from more than one person at a time and oversees multiple projects.
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the Development team.
Ensure process integrity and timeliness in response to prospects and clients.

About the role
We're looking for a strategic leader to join us as Vice President, Sales & Revenue Operations. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
Promote positive relations with partners, and vendors.
Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten-year business plans for the business

Principal Tasks:
Revenue Strategy Development : Creating and implementing pricing and lease term optimization initiatives to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
Market & Competitive Analysis : Conducting research on local market conditions, competitor pricing, and demand drivers to inform pricing decisions. Identifying and capitalizing on additional ancillary income opportunities. Monitor macroeconomic and microeconomic factors (e.g., employment, migration, interest rates, consumer confidence) and interpret their implications for multifamily pricing and occupancy.
Revenue Optimization Software : Utilizing industry-leading platforms to forecast demand, analyze trends, and adjust pricing dynamically.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Tracking and analyzing portfolio performance, occupancy trends, and financial KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Developing annual revenue budgets and rental income forecasts in collaboration with financial planning & analysis. Benchmark performance across assets and markets, identify leading/lagging indicators, build playbooks for best practices and serve as internal thought-partner for revenue discipline.
Stakeholder Communication : Presenting revenue insights and pricing strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Greets customer during the event phase and hands-off to the Convention Services department for the execution of details. Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience
Must have (3+) years of progressive sales experience.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred; experience selling luxury brands and experiential services preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
Aggressive negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business with a high conversion ratio.
Possesses software knowledge (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Possesses systems knowledge (Delphi and Delphi Diagrams).
