Be part of the transformation. : GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE The Master Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge. Work closely with project team members, managers and leads to assist in delivering organizational projects efficiently Assist with administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support Assist with coordinating meetings between key stakeholders and PMO Assist with updating the PMO standards Work with Project Managers to ensure Standards are followed Qualifications Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) Completion of junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to apply Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities Attention to detail Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $20.00 per hour
