EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field. 8-10 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience in physician practice management, hospitals or health systems. Strong preference for gastroenterology or procedural-based specialties. Demonstrated success improving A/R, denial rates, and cash collections. Preferred Master's degree (MBA, MHA) HFMA certification (CRCR, CHFP) Experience supporting RCM automation initiatives.
