Reviews monthly financial results relative to all aspects of the operation to assure that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost-effective manner. This includes chart audits, patient satisfaction, financials, contracts, patient/family complaints, etc. and appropriate follow-up. License Requirements Must be a licensed physician; licensed registered nurse; licensed social worker; or a Bachelor's degree college graduate with at least three (3) years of documented success in discipline/field of study and a minimum of one (1) year of full time experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care delivery system setting. Three (3) years of health care leadership preferred. Current CPR certification required for Executive Directors who may provide services to patients in the field.
