Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for executive documents, contracts, and confidential materials. Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office policies and procedures. The Specialty Services Float- Assistant or Technician is responsible for working collaboratively within the Department of Clinical Services and with the other services throughout the organization. These services include providing veterinary support in the examination room with outpatient and inpatient visits, assisting with the initial case management of animals admitted to the hospital and completing scheduled tech appointments.
