The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress

Instructs and informs participating members of the health care team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

About this Position
ChristianaCare is searching for Director of Finance to be responsible for the strategic leadership and financial oversight of Wilmington Hospital, which includes over 320 beds with two subacute units. The Wilmington Hospital has over $400M in annual operating revenue and this position will provide the planning and financial expertise for the location while serving as the onsite liaison between the senior leadership team of the entity and Corporate Finance. This role will serve on the senior leadership team of the entity as well as on various committees as deemed appropriate.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for onsite operational financial matters for all service lines and departments associated with the hospital. This includes, but is not limited to, nursing, perioperative, heart and vascular, pharmacy, imaging, laboratory, respiratory and rehabilitation services.
Prioritize the accuracy and integrity of entities financial statements.
Responsible for the financial outcomes and interpretation of results to local executives, management, board, and other local institutions. Each month will articulate the financial outcomes in a Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) report which will be utilized as a communication tool to Corporate Finance and local leaders.
Meets with entity directors, managers, and leaders to discuss monthly financial performance. Assist in training new leaders in financial matters.
Serve as an active member of the hospital's executive team.
Assist in planning the strategic direction and outcomes of the entity as it relates to the financial operations.
Assemble the annual volume assumptions and assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget. Present and interpret the annual budget to local executives and management.

Supporting our team of Paint Technicians, locate and remove imperfections on panels and treat scratches and chips with the necessary steps. You'll wet sand and buff the needed panels to give the vehicle that showroom shine.

*What You Need to Succeed*
* 5 years of experience in paint chip repair, wet sanding and buffing experience in a body shop environment
* Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail
* Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
* Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 15 pounds
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:

Job Requirements
Applicants must be able to show a track record of success - either in their most recent career positions or during their college careers (if a recent college graduate). A big plus (though not required) would be having successfully recruited in the IT Staffing industry in the PA/DE/NJ market. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Personal qualities such as drive, perseverance, resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, creativity, persuasiveness, ambition and self-motivated. Ability to work independently in the process of identifying, screening, negotiating, preparing for client interview and closing highly skilled candidates.
