This position oversees the field execution of projects in the West MPLX Construction Team and Contract Inspection Team for the execution of Gas Pipeline and Compression Projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages a portfolio of projects of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to start-up following the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP).
Develops and maintains working knowledge of applicable industry and company component-specific technical and construction standards as well as operating practices and regulatory requirements and apply it to project design and execution.
Collaborates with other departments, subject matter experts, technicians, and vendors to obtain pertinent information to complete the planning, design, and execution of proposed projects as well as working closely with internal and external stakeholders to obtain construction permits and easements when necessary.
Manages project performance to ensure project meets agreed quality, cost and schedule parameters in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
Collaborates with Project Controls Specialist on project administration (scheduling, estimating, cost management, etc.).
Coordinates with Supply Chain in the development of a contracting plan; prepare bid requests and evaluate bids based on sound construction, technical design, and business principles.
Keeps accurate project documentation to ensure all documentation necessary for applicable regulatory and internal compliance is maintained and managed.
With all major objectives and certain ideas discussed and outlined, carries out various responsibilities and interactions of major significance which are of a comprehensive or complex nature. Recommends possible company action involving the assigned area of work at SME level. Provides guidance to less experienced professional or specialist personnel and other personnel as situations require.
With certain objectives and ideas presented in general terms, delivers on difficult tasks and responsibilities, and makes primary interactions of a highly significant, comprehensive or complex nature requiring considerable SME level knowledge, experience, research and study.
Recommends company action and sets priorities involving the assigned and closely related areas of work.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

The MPLX Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquid (NG & NGL) Services Process Safety Department is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual eager to take on technical and leadership growth opportunities in process safety. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure regulatory compliance and conformance with various elements of Process Safety Management (PSM), and external & internal process safety related standards. Advises on interpretation and application of internal and external standards. Maintain and continuously improve local/ organization's process safety plans.
Provide engineering support and technical guidance related to equipment and process design that meets industry codes and standards from organizations (i.e., Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices). Able to use project engineering principles and economic analyses to help justify, plan and budget for process safety risk reduction projects.
Lead and/or provide engineering support and technical guidance in incident investigations, hazard identification, facility siting modeling, PHA (Process Hazard Analysis), LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), relief studies, and dispersion modeling. Able to challenge technical assumptions and validate most likely consequences and risk categorizations, ensuring these process safety studies are technically sound and meet internal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Engineers to develop intermediate and permanent mitigations to close process safety recommendations/risks, and ensures recommendations are closed in a timely manner. Able to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate risks and propose viable mitigation measures with appropriate risk reduction factors.
Interact frequently with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering personnel at their assigned PSM facilities/organizations to build rapport with the personnel and to be aware of and assist with resolving process safety issues. Communicate, elevate, and mitigate process safety risks, as appropriate.
Identify, develop, and deliver training on process safety management and related topics to stakeholders including technical aspects of process safety such as PHA/LOPA/IPLs, facility siting, dispersion modeling, etc.
Conduct and/or validate process safety leak calculations and categorization. Analyze process safety metrics to identify trends, strengths, and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and report to effectively communicate metrics and trends.
Support and/or lead audits and assurance activities for process safety. Supports facilities with regulatory inspection and/or enforcement actions. Able to assess not just basic compliance and conformance, but also the quality of the process safety safeguards and inherent process safety risks.
Participate in specialty industry groups to share and learn good process safety practices, advocate for sound regulations or to influence the development/modification of industry standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience within a process industry (e.g., refining, midstream or petrochemical), or Bachelor's degree in a HES-related field, Engineering degree, or advanced degree with seven (7) years relevant experience in a process industry.
Detailed knowledge and experience implementing multiple Process Safety elements.
Detailed understanding of the process, process hazards, corrosion mechanisms and safeguards for the type of facility/unit(s) assigned.
Skilled in conducting, facilitating and/or applying qualitative and quantitative process safety risk evaluations (e.g., MOC, PHA, LOPA, risk calibration, dispersion modeling, facility siting, etc.).

Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Responsible for coordinating the creation of continuous value in the application of clinical software and data to clinical practice, in response to the needs of the organization's various practitioners and caregivers, as well as overall organizational goals specific to the application of clinical practice. Responsible for promoting team work with co-workers, subordinates and personnel of other departments. Responsible for solving nonroutine problems, dealing with a variety of non-routine issues and interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form. The application support analyst will communicate effectively verbally and via written forms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
General Responsibilities:
Install, configure, support, and maintain software applications and tools as assigned.
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationship with clinical staff and leadership in pursuit of constant improvement in the application of clinical IT assets, as defined by appropriate quality measures and objectives.
Work with hospital departmental staff and super-users to continuously optimize and improve the functionality of the hospital application and clinical practice in general
Develop and maintain documentation of all clinical applications as assigned, including that specific to the implementation, maintenance, end-user training, departmental workflows, quality measures, and other associated performance indicators associated with the successful use of the clinical tool or software package.
Develop and maintain adequate configuration documentation to ensure rapid deployment or repair of existing software components to ensure business continuity.
Work to ensure excellent application security of all protected information in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, including those defined by HIPAA and other industry standards.
Monitor software capacity, performance, and lifecycle to ensure continuity of adequate functionality.
Research and recommend new technologies to facilitate the performance of the hospital's business objectives.
Ensure that all software and associated workflows meet hospital and industry standards.
Undertake routine preventative measures to implement, maintain, and monitor software security and performance.
Provide input to projects, training or information to individuals on tasks and projects which include a software component.
Analyze and resolve faults, including those of both major and minor impact to the clinical application, utilizing the tools and documentation standards defined by HIS departmental policies and procedures.
Work with other departments, including those within and outside the HIS department, in fulfillment of hospital tasks and projects.
Monitor the use, by hospital employees, of software resources to ensure compliance of hospital standard use policies.
Daily Operations:
Resolve assigned support and service requests in a timely, effective, and courteous manner; utilizing tools and documentation as defined by HIS policy.
Perform maintenance activities in pursuit of all general responsibilities specific to position.
Participate in assigned meetings, committees, etc. in accordance with assigned responsibilities.
Participate in projects at a level in accordance with respective job responsibilities.
Contribute to the departmental knowledge base, in order to improve documentation of existing systems and problem resolutions.
Coordinate productively with other hospital employees, including those within and outside the HIS department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Life Science, Business or Informatics) required; will consider analyst and/or healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
Registered Nurse with current Texas license preferred.
Healthcare Informatics experience or equivalent clinical knowledge and\or licensure may be considered.
1-4 years of experience as a clinical informatics analyst required; consideration given for industry specific training. Preferred 4-10 yrs as a Clinical Informatics Analyst.
Demonstrated skillset in Cerner Millennium, Nursing and Physician Documentation systems, Pharmacy and Medication Administration system.
Demonstrated customer-service and communication skills required

OFS Facility Operations | BOP & Surface Pressure Control Equipment
Force Pressure Control is seeking safety-oriented production personnel to work in its Permian facility in Odessa, TX. Production personnel will be tasked with inspection, rebuild, and maintenance of blowout preventer inventory and associated equipment. Production personnel may, at times, be required to perform field-related tasks including, but not limited to, the rigging up / down of equipment, function testing, pressure testing, component alterations, etc.
Working background with BOP and other wellhead / surface pressure control equipment is required.
The Senior Production Technician position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
