JOB SUMMARY

Interface with tooling vendors and CPP Purchasing to produce a quality tool/die at a competitive price.
Control the dimensional quality of castings to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Develop internal job instructions.
Identify, evaluate and implement new process technologies that will improve manufacturing and product capabilities.
Document work procedures and processes.
Work closely with other departments to ensure organizational objectives are met.
Publish reports on research and completed tests using data-based decisions.
Routinely audit production lots for adherence to established techniques and to ensure the repeatability of the results.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner.
Improve labor utilization and reduce cost.
Communicate with tooling suppliers, core suppliers, and customers to meet product needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: BS in Engineering or related technical field
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in mechanical or product engineering in the investment casting industry. Increasing levels of responsibility.

JOB SUMMARY
Interact with manufacturing personnel, engineering, and the wax vendors to distribute ceramic cores that meet the customer's specifications for casting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review specific P/N and Product Engineering Instruction to distribute cores to wax vendors per production schedule.
Receive core shipments into Oracle and create core travelers.
Maintain inventory through cycle counts on all cores internally and at vendors.

Complete registration process by inputting and retrieving information from the computer system, confirming information including number of guests and room rate. Promote all marketing programs. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Code electronic keys. Non-verbally confirm the room number and rate. Provide welcome folders containing room keys, certificates, coupons and area's attractions
Promptly answer the telephone using a clear speaking voice. Answer telephone with the hotel's scripted greeting. Input messages into the computer and retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest. Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for customers as requested. Ensure all guest correspondences are kept confidential
Close guest accounts at time of check out and inquire guest of satisfaction. In the event of dissatisfaction, contact management immediately
Resolve issues such as location changes, providing additional room amenities and credit issues
Record guest comments or complaints by listening and offering assistance in order to resolve any problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating/cooling, etc.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Main Responsibilities
* Actively embrace and promote the company's safety culture, core values, vision, and mission.
* Assist with managing environmental health and safety programs at the project level.
* Conduct regular job site walk-throughs and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Support the implementation and enforcement of safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and new hire orientations.
* Assist with accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Compile, analyze, and interpret occupational illness and accident data; recommend improvements to reduce risks.
* Monitor workforce behaviors for safety compliance and coach employees on proper practices.
* Collaborate with officials during site visits as needed.
* Promote safety awareness initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Education and Qualifications
* Actively pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or a construction related field.
* Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR required.
* OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification preferred.

Job Summary
Maintain plant daily preforming routine maintenance tasks (i.e. lubrication, major and minor repairs) and clean up (i.e. shoveling, washing with a high-pressure hose, running a skid steer loader). Operate and maintain in a safe manner various pieces of equipment, such as, but not limited to, front end loader, off road haul truck, road grader, water truck, service truck, skid steer loader.
Main Responsibilities
* Lubrication of all plant and fleet equipment - requires lifting of grease/lubrication containers (approximately 50 lbs.) Adding vital fluids to all reservoirs and noting any additions on daily equipment sheets.
* Replacement of machine parts weighing as much as several hundred pounds.
* Perform pre startup inspections of assigned equipment. This may require the climbing up, over, and or on top of assigned equipment.
* Operate various pieces of equipment
* Ability to work in heights and sometimes tight spaces
Skills
* High School Graduate or GED
* Willingness to learn, take direction and follow safe work procedures
* Willingness to work weekends and long hours during peak season
* Drug and alcohol free
* Capable of working outdoors year round
* Mechanical proficiency (useful but not necessary)
* 1-2 year's industry experience (useful but not necessary)
* Knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication (useful but not necessary)
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground to the waist
* Ability to sit or stand for hours at a time
* Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl

Job Summary
This dual-role position provides quick and efficient service in dispatching aggregate orders and scheduling trucks, while also performing clerical and plant support duties as needed. Responsibilities include managing trucking traffic flow, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth office operations at the aggregate plant.
This role will help support multiple aggregate locations in Ohio & Richmond, IN.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare dispatch orders and direct drivers to appropriate job locations.
* Schedule and coordinate trucks for hauling aggregate orders.
* Enter, track, maintain, and report required information using company software (JD Edwards, JWS, OnBase, Excel).
* Perform general receptionist duties: greet customers and visitors, answer phone calls, determine nature of business, and direct parties appropriately.
* Weigh trucks, prepare scale tickets, and direct drivers to loading points when filling in as Plant Clerk.
* Brief visitors on safety policies and issue PPE (hard hats, safety glasses) for restricted areas.
* Maintain accurate business records and reports.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar, spelling, and proofreading.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
