Pros of working at Midwest Laboratories

Decent pay. Some free lunches.

Cons of working at Midwest Laboratories

Management is inept and untrustworthy, starting at the top. Waves of layoffs with no explanation. Poisonous culture with no loyalty. People just disappear and then no one mentions them again. People live in fear of being fired.
