Precision Diagnostics, based in San Diego, California is a fast-growing clinical laboratory that specializes in providing drug testing, primarily for the purpose of helping physicians monitor their patients undergoing treatment for pain or substance abuse. Precision's objective is to improve patient adherence/compliance with their prescription regimen and protect medical practices from liability.
As the Senior Territory Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the volume of compliant and profitable lab specimens in your designated territory through ongoing account management, increasing business in existing accounts, and development of new business.
THE ROLE: Senior Territory Manager (TM2)
Become familiar with and always adhere to compliance standards
Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts
Develop and manage strong sustainable relationships with customer base within a large geographical territory
Understand the account's workflow and train staff on established procedures
Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis

The Case Builder Auditor is responsible for reviewing Disability Benefits Questionnaires ("DBQs") built by Case Builders on the "Build Team" so that Veterans may be evaluated on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (the "VA"). Auditors are responsible for providing guidance and instructions to Case Builders with questions on VA specific build criteria and also second reviews and audit cases built to ensure builds meet VA specific build criteria for VBA exams. An Auditor works closely with the of Auditors and Builders, as well as with the Case Builder Manager, to maintain a respectful, positive, and high sense of urgency work environment and to make sure the Case Building Department is producing the highest quality exams possible.
Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens or Green Card holders can be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter any missed build information into the software for the doctor to be able to utilize during and after the appointment.
- Ensure providers have the necessary documentation and medical records to properly evaluate Veterans.
- Research medical conditions and new information when necessary in order to assist builders with any case questions during the build process.
- Identify and confirm that all relevant worksheets and diagnostics were added during the build process as requested by the VA.
- Track Case Builder (CB) errors and monitor progress of assigned builders through weekly audit reports and master error log.
- Communicate with CB supervisors when patterns of concern regarding quality and production are identified.
- Communicate with other departments to share relevant information when necessary in order to best complete the case.
- Thoroughly checks over and approves Case Builder's work when in audit, to make sure the build is sufficient.

- Assists with clarification response (CR) updates when a CB on the build team is out of office.

**Position Summary**
Technical Account Management (TAM) is responsible for playing a key/critical role in realizing business value through the application of project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project objectives. The TAM will also use their rich healthcare domain expertise, along with project management and proactive consulting skills, to solve complex technical challenges for some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the country. To our clients, this individual will be an expert in combining our technology platform and solutions with their programs to provide maximum benefit to their business and patients.

_Qualifications_
+ Master's Degree preferred

We are seeking a Program Director, Policy & Advocacy to help us fulfill that mission.
The Program Director, Policy & Advocacy leads the development, prioritization, and execution of ACT's state and federal policy and advocacy strategy across assigned states to advance education and workforce outcomes aligned with ACT's mission. This role develops strategies to influence state education and workforce policy, builds relationships with key policymakers and influencers, and partners closely with internal teams to ensure ACT's perspectives and solutions are effectively represented at national and state levels, including through their leadership of the annual ACT Summit.
The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $135,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position is incentive-eligible.
Location: This is a remote position, based in the United States.

What you will be working on:
* Manages strategic development and execution of ACT's national K-WF convening, including session and speaker selection and management, agenda and engagement creation, policy and product integration, and leadership of cross-functional teams.
* Directs ACT's state and federal policy projects across assigned states, aligning policy priorities with ACT's mission, products, and long-term goals
* Establishes and maintains trusted relationships with state-level policymakers and influencers, including State Departments of Education, Higher Education, Workforce Services, and external advocacy organizations to advance ACT's policy priorities.
* Monitors, analyzes and interprets state and federal education and workforce policy trends, legislation, regulations, and assessment/accountability systems to identify opportunities, risks and implications for ACT
* Develops and communicates policy positions, recommendations, and thought leadership that inform decision-makers and advance evidence-based practices aligned with ACT's strategy.
* Translates ACT research, data, and insights into compelling policy narratives that influence decision-makers and drive action.
* Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g., government relations, research, product, legal, and business units) to ensure coordinated and consistent policy positions and messaging.
* Represents ACT in coalitions, advisory groups, hearings, and public forums, serving as a subject-matter expert on assessment, college and career readiness, and workforce alignment.
* Provides strategic guidance to leadership on policy implications that may affect ACT initiatives, partnerships, or market environments.
* Supports advocacy planning by preparing briefings, analyses, testimony, and background materials for internal and external audiences.
* Tracks, evaluates and reports on advocacy activities, policy outcomes, and stakeholder engagement to inform leadership decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Role Progression:
At the end of 3 months you will have:
* Support ongoing effort for Summit 2026 planning
* Begin preparation for 2027 Summit, including April on-site meeting in Nashville
Within 6 months you will:
* 2026 Summit completed successfully, with focus on learning about the event, planning processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
* 2027 Summit registration open, RFP and speaker planning underway
* Develop plan and timeline for policy projects to be completed in FY26 (e.g., creating policy collateral)
Within 12 months you will:
* Established leadership role in planning the Summit including full involvement in all relevant meetings/processes
* Directing range of policy projects beyond the Summit.

* At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in education, workforce, public policy, government relations, or advocacy, including experience leading or shaping policy strategy and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience working with state-level policy environments, including education or workforce systems.
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic organizational convenings.
* Strong understanding of education and workforce policy landscapes, including assessment, accountability, and college and career readiness.
* Experience in developing and executing strategic convenings, with strong preference for experience with large, national-level policy or practitioner events
* Understanding of product roadmap, user needs, and competitive assessment, education, and workforce environments
* Demonstrated ability to influence, advise and engage senior state-level leaders and policymakers.
* Ability to analyze complex policy issues and translate them into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and presentation skills for executive and policy audiences.
* Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.
* Demonstrates strategic thinking and ability to anticipate policy implications for organizational strategy and market environments.

* Experience in education policy, assessment policy, or accountability systems.
* Prior work with a state education agency, legislature, governor's office, or advocacy organization.
* Familiarity with K-12, postsecondary, and workforce policy intersections.
* Experience supporting or leading coalitions or multi-stakeholder advocacy efforts.
* Background in translating research or data into evidence-based policy recommendations.

Job purpose
The Clinical Services Director provides leadership of clinical services and development of new processes and procedures for ITP with the input of the Medical Director. The CSD is responsible for the consistent delivery of compliance oversight and education. Provides collaborative leadership, and communication, for overall improvement in clinical documentation by providing proficient level review and assessment, and effectively articulating recommendations for improvement, and the rational for the recommendation
Actively communicates with providers at all levels
Provides face-to-face educational opportunities with physicians and staff
Expert level documentation and ability to effectively communicate the need for through documentation to others
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance requirements
Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Licensure: RN
Experience: Three to five years of clinical management experience
Experience with regulatory survey management
Experience communicating & working closely with Physicians
Understanding and experience in behavioral healthcare
Demonstrated skill in utilization management and review systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple disciplines

Working conditions
This job predominantly works from Des Moines office, but does require some travel to hospital/clinical locations. Incumbent will be exposed to virus, disease, infection from patients.
