SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The primary function of this role is to build and maintain trusting and satisfying relationships with customers and vendors through providing timely, dependable and courteous customer service while picking up and delivering parts in an assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Pick up and deliver merchandise to/from customers and vendors.
Assist shipping and receiving by checking and stocking parts and assisting with inventory counts
Keep vehicle clean and presentable and conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operations
Present a professional and dependable image for Bruckner Team
Seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience by sharing customer insights and/or feedback with the Outside Parts Salesperson and the Parts Manager
Strengthen customer relationships with prompt and courteous service through parts and driving related experience
Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record while following all safety protocols and best practices required by law and company policy

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active and valid driver's license, clean driving record
Basic knowledge of deliver area

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires endurance to drive, stop and go a large portion of the day while getting in and out of the pickup several times a day.
Must be able to pass a physical and drug and alcohol screens during pre-employment screening, randomly and/or as requested throughout employment.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder.

Education and Experience:

Sensitive Position: Responsible for the safety and security of people or property. Inspects, handles or transports explosives, dangerous or hazardous materials. Inspects structures, equipment or vehicles. Performs aviation related duties. Operate or supervise vehicles, heavy or dangerous equipment or machinery.
This role is customer service specific and will require interaction with Production, Planning, and the Warehouse. You will have the opportunity to work directly with these departments as a liaison to ensure the safe, accurate, and compliant flow of materials throughout the production process.
Skills:
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Must be able to obtain a Clearance
Preferred:
Exposure to inventory databases
Familiarity with Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques
Familiarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenance tracking systems
HazMat Training/Certification
Ability to operate a Forklift
Experience with shipping databases, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS Understanding of Shelf Life
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
A higher-level degree may substitute for experience

Position Summary
Supervises the daily final mile delivery operations by managing scheduling, route planning, and the supervision of shipment custody from unloading to loadout.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Provides status updates on planned arrival of deliveries to business partners and operating systems.
Sequences and schedules efficient driver delivery routes.
Addresses and resolves team member's ongoing processes and discrepancies with or changes to work assignments.
Prepares and processes driver operation documents.
Generates invoices for services produced and processes invoices for costs incurred.
Directs vehicle maintenance including preventative maintenance, DOT, and non-DOT repair.
Leads driver training and safety compliance to cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
5+ years of transportation or dispatch experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
Salary Range: $61,700.00 - $76,200.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
