Responsibilities
Responsible for providing excellent customer service for sales reps, customer, and internal staff
Adhere to company scripts, policies and quality standards.
Ability to handle high call volume and multitask
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
Responsible for the order entry of phoned in orders (subject to company parameters) and special-order entry projects assigned by management
Performs monthly call tracking
Performs quarterly time tracking
Responds same day to all voicemails, emails, and Teams messages received within working hours
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, AX, Excel, etc.)
The ability to communicate in a professional manner with management, sales representatives, customers, and co-workers in both written and verbal form
Previous call center, customer service experience is preferred
The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
The ability to work fully in the office in Columbus, OH- this is not a remote or hybrid role
The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period

Job Description
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a SQL DBA Manager for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrators.
Create and maintain SQL objects including databases, tables, indexes, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
Monitor and resolve database performance, replication, and synchronization issues.
Implement enhancements to database monitoring and alerting practices using tools such as SolarWinds and SQL Sentry.
Ensure data backup, integrity, and recoverability through robust disaster recovery strategies.
Align database strategies with organizational goals and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Servers and database administration.
Leadership experience is preferred.
Experience with SQL publisher/subscriber replication, or willingness to learn.
Experience with Azure SQL Databases, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS.
Experience with SolarWinds or other database performance monitoring tools.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours and complete a 90-day orientation period.
