It’s all about who you know. Definitely gives mean girl vibes. Management continuously bad-talking employees to other employees. Personal health issues are never confidential and expect the entire region to find out. Promises for career advancement are never followed through with. They change your schedule last minute and they expect your life to revolve around Milan. I have more hair on my face than when I started treatments. Hard to sell something you don’t believe in.

Leadership is a joke. They lay off a bunch of employees and then go in hiding. They have employees fill out an annual employee survey but don’t actually do anything with the complaints or suggestions.
They are money greedy!!
