Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
Makes an effort to learn customers' names and to address them by name whenever possible.
Assists customers by:

Places merchandise in bags or boxes, gives packages to customers, and assists courtesy personnel as needed.
Answers customer questions and concerns and follows-up with appropriate personnel.
Understands and follows local, state, and company policies on sales of tobacco, liquor, and lottery tickets.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines regarding WIC and food stamps.
Required to know value, look-up numbers, department numbers, and features of items for which money is received.
Stocks, faces, rotates merchandise, cleans shelves, understands shelf tags, knows location of merchandise in the store and also in the back room, and takes customers to an item when requested.
Perceives immediate surroundings for customer needs and problems for store safety and security.
Communicates clearly and distinctly on the intercom or telephone system.
Reviews weekly store ad to note price changes and sale items.
Keeps register area clean, ensures adequate supplies are ready and available, reports improper cash levels in cash drawer, and helps maintain the store appearance.
Compares totals on cash register with amount of currency in register to verify balances at the beginning and end of work shift, (where applicable).
May give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or know where to direct the customer.
Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.
Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
Adheres to company policies and individual store guidelines.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

Assists store management as required (i.e., store displays, decorations for special promotion/events).
Knows code dates on perishable items and can explain to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
21+ years of age.
Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
Touch freight - may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly.
Flexibility - overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require.

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.

The Herdsperson assists other Herd Technicians in routine animal care and general farm tasks to ensure the welfare/well-being of the animals. Tasks include farm sanitation, animal removal, and animal movement. Employee may operate mowers, tractors, trucks, bus, and other farm equipment as directed. May be in training for advanced Herd Technician designation. The Herdsperson position will also provide for the care of all animals at the designated work site, particularly their health, growth, and breeding.
Core Responsibilities
Feeds, waters, vaccinates, and performs general animal husbandry tasks including basic veterinary procedures.
Maintains flexibility with a willingness to change plans according to the direction of farm leadership.
Assists in moving animals and maintaining efficient animal flows.
Sanitizes and washes multiple areas on the farm using high pressure equipment.
Processes piglets, which includes injecting medications, castrating, docking tails, and ear notching.
Maintains accurate production information and update all department records as required.
Treats sick animals with a variety of pharmaceuticals by injection, oral application, and/or other methods as required.
Follows the Standard Operation Procedures, Production Manuals, or Appropriate Training Guides as required.
Assists with facility and equipment maintenance.
Assists with maintaining barn, office cleanliness, and laundry duties.
Follows the Company's animal welfare policies and procedures including: providing a physical environment that meets the animal's needs, providing access to adequate water and high quality feed, providing humane treatment of the animals, providing identification and appropriate treatment of animals in need of health care and following the guidelines for euthanasia. - Responsible for complying with all environmental, safety and biosecurity laws and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
