The Manager, Conference Services and Event Planning Technology (“Manager”) will oversee the strategy, implementation, and management of the firm's event technology ecosystem. The Director, Compensation is responsible for strategic design, implementation and management of the firm's global compensation program including base salary and variable awards for Business Professionals and Attorneys. Lead Pay Equity reviews at the direction of firm employment counsel. Collaborate with HRIS and data & analytics SMEs to design compensation dashboards, metrics, and analytics for leadership review. Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, governance protocols and best practices. Deliver training to leaders as needed. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field required. CCP certification a plus. 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Expertise in base pay program design, incentive plan development, and compensation governance. Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday. Market Pay experience desirable.
