As a customer-focused and performance-driven leader, I believe in personally establishing and nurturing key business relationships and have built cross-functional teams that have exceeded corporate and business objectives. I am a well-traveled professional, and have led and worked with diverse nationalities, backgrounds and cultures and integrated into one global team.

Throughout my career, I have had a successful track record of establishing and scaling new businesses, turning loss-making ventures into high-margin, high-growth businesses and building successful teams focused on growth. I leverage thought leadership, planning and strategy to win in highly-competitive and rapidly-changing markets. I have a track record of leading from the front, increasing sales and growing the bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and optimize costs.

When I am not working, I love to experiment in the kitchen and spend time with my family. I live with my wife, our two children and dog in San Ramon, California.

Michal Kabatznik is a Co-founder & COO at MILESTONE TECHNOLOGIES INC and Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Diagnostic Robotics and is based in Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel. He has worked as Oceans Intern at Greenpeace; Coordinator, Quality Assessment Department at COUNCIL FOR HIGHER EDUCATION; and Development Director (Maternity Leave coverage) at Peace Now. Michal attended Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2011 and University of Maryland between 2003 and 2007.

I have worked in the Technology industry for more than 20 years. I have the experience of architecting and implementing solutions for customers in manufacturing and technology business units, hands on programming, managing complex programs of more than $15M, sales experience by winning engagements of size greater than $10M and above all managing global delivery of 1000 plus people with a $ revenue of close to three figures. In all these engagements my charter was to ensure customer success, conserve the business that has been won and get growth quarter on quarter by delivering superior value and thought process to the customer. In addition I built solutions in the areas of new and emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, platform engineering, computer vision, automated systems etc., I was responsible for building, selling and delivering these solutions to generate revenues for Technology BU.

In my current role as Chief Technology Officer I provide technology leadership to Milestone Technologies. I am responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the company's Services Portfolio. The Services Portfolio defines Milestone’s commercial offerings, which enables them to deliver differentiated and outstanding services to their customers.
