Develop marketing campaigns, education materials and seminars to promote programs. Develop monthly marketing campaign to promote educational seminars. 5. Supervision of staff. Set clear expectations as outlined in the performance evaluation/job description, provide ongoing performance feedback and open communications on a quarterly basis. Ensure retention rate of> 86%. 6. Develop and maintain department standards, pathways and procedures. Ensure compliance with all Joint Commission, State and Federal regulations as required. 7. Monitor program and department budgets. Meet budgeted utilization, revenue and expenditures and develop action plan to meet budget within 5% of projections. 8. Maintain professional working relationship with physicians. Develop physician orders and protocols for the program. Integrate new protocols as required. 9. Clear Expectations: Ensures clear and complete expectations are set annually and updated as needed for all direct and non-direct reports in order to achieve the Bayhealth, division and department missions and objectives.
