Task Details - Cyber intelligenceanalysts shall provide intelligence on cyber/EW threats to the BMDS. Assist Cyber Assistance Teams (CATs) whose primary goal is to defeat cybersecurity threats at the source and deter or deny future attacks through tailored mitigation strategies. The analysts shall leverage open source and intelligence community resources and capabilities to understand threat techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) and ascertain threat/attack vectors facing industry and MDS-related networks and systems.
Liaise with the IC to gather cyber intelligence on threats affecting or potentially impacting the DIB partners, MDS in general, and in particular:
- The Ground-Based Weapon Systems (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System (THAAD), Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD), U.S.-Israeli Programs (IP));
- Sensors, Space, Command and Control (SN, SS, BC);
- Sea-Based Weapon Systems (AB);
- DE;
- DT:
- The Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO)/Senior Information Security Officer (SISO); and,
- Other MDA programs.
Organizations the contractor shall liaise with include, but are not limited to:

Requirements:
* Must be a U.S citizen.
* Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to obtain a polygraph.
* Master's degree in a related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 12 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
* Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
Compensation & Benefits:

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior IntelligenceAnalyst to support Headquarters Space Operations Command (HQ SpOC). In this role, you will deliver advanced intelligence integration across planning, acquisition, and operations, ensuring intelligence is effectively incorporated into space systems throughout their lifecycle. You will develop threat assessments, validate ISR requirements, and collaborate with mission partners across the Intelligence Community to provide timely, actionable intelligence that strengthens Space Force mission readiness and informs critical decision-making. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.
Oversee implementation of intelligence policies and documentation to integrate intelligence into space and EW programs; execute lifecycle sensitivity assessments and support program offices.
Research and deliver intelligence products on adversary capabilities to inform acquisition and operations.
Lead and facilitate working groups, capture critical findings, monitor and report on system delivery and sustainment, and draft or update concepts, plans, and PPBE tasks.
Coordinate with Intelligence Community partners to acquire products for senior leadership; conduct SCG reviews and support ISA and RMF processes.
Prepare threat summaries aligned with authoritative references; translate mission needs into RFIs and manage intelligence requirements.
Support JCIDS, Quick Reaction Capabilities, and rapid acquisition processes.
Contribute to strategic planning, exercises, wargames, and scenario development.
Oversee the preparation of intelligence and operational deliverables to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility
Senior - Minimum of 12 years of intelligence analysis experience, including extensive background supporting DoD, Joint, or Space Force operations, with demonstrated leadership in intelligence integration and lifecycle support
At least one (1) year of experience or formal training in ISR
Bachelor's degree required OR an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Desired Qualifications
Advanced intelligence certifications; DAWIA Level II/III in Program Management or Systems Engineering desired.
Experience with SEW, SDA, or related mission areas
