Job Description Key Role: Acquisition Intelligence Analysts shall provide intelligence reports, technical data, briefings, updates, RFI responses, and assessments for portfolios across all geographies. The contractor shall provide acquisition intelligence documentation; the Analyst 101 orientation; and program element outreach plans. The contractor shall respond to RFIs and tasking for intelligence support for portfolios across all geographies. The contractor shall develop and deliver ad hoc intelligence reports, white papers, technical data, briefings, and assessments for portfolios across all geographies. We are seeking a senior level Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to join our team to support the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office responsible for the development of Foreign Military Sales programs. Responsibilities The role involves providing executive-level briefings to potential foreign partners to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the Army's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). Serving as the subject matter expert for the IBCS International Programs Office, the individual responds to Letters of Request (LORs) by delivering Requests for Information (RFI), Price and Availability (P&A), and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data. Responsibilities include tracking program and project status and schedules, as well as applying financial planning policies and procedures. The role also entails performing program management, technical, and business case analyses, and evaluating program requirements, budget, status, and schedules. Additionally, the individual supports the overall Program Management Office (PMO) by participating in meetings and coordinating agendas and boards, along with performing other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Conducts and interprets database checks and credit reports. Performs data entry. Provides direct support and service to the administration of the FBI Security Program to include but not limited to logs, audits, analytical analysis, inventory, workflow tracking, maintaining schedules, and presentation briefs. Provides support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to Personal Security. Works on complex problems and provides solutions. Advises supervisor of potentially controversial matters or those matters with far reaching implications. Initiates or performs extensive FBI indices checks, arrest record checks, and similar tasks to obtain pertinent and identifying information for the cases assigned. Recommends the need for polygraph examinations and/or interviews based upon analysis of all data available. Composes appropriate communications to pertinent FBI HQ Divisions and FOs to initiate same, setting forth any specific guidance which should be followed in regard to same (i.e., particular areas in question which need to be resolved; special qualifications desired of interviewer; etc.). Determinations and resulting communications are subject to review and approval by the Government lead. Summarizes all data provided and developed in a formal written analysis of the security concerns and their resolutions, considering information developed. Establishes and maintains liaison with other FBI HQ Divisions, DOJ and other agency officials including members of the IC to obtain, develop, and/or resolve queries as required. Coordinates or works in concert with other FBI components as required to surface, develop, and resolve various issues encountered. Recommends new methods and procedures for passing and affirming clearances including SCI/Regulations, FISs, and/or EO and DOJ Orders. Performs security assessment investigations and provides recommendations to the FBI HQ. Reviews and analyzes requests for investigations concerning security clearances. Prepares a detailed analysis of all information developed, to include potential remedial or precautionary action to meet minimum security standards. Assists with briefings and debriefings of individual cases as necessary. Maintains electronic and hardcopy logs. Scanning and uploading documentation. Updates and audits electronic workflow tracking programs. Provides customer service and appointment scheduling. Uploads all official documents into the defined system of record, management, workflow, or tracking systems, files, and /or sub - files Basic Qualifications and Requirements Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret clearance Associate's Degree 1 year of experience Experienced in use of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience performing routine office administrative support functions. Demonstrated analytical ability to critically review and analyze various types of incoming material and investigative reports to discern potential security vulnerabilities and to identify viable investigative leads. Proficient computer skills to include: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Use of Internet to conduct research and/or open-source checks in aid of investigations.
