Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required
Possess a current valid driver's license
Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
Be at least age 21 at the time of application and less than age 37 at the time you receive a conditional offer of employment, unless you have previous service in a Federal Civilian Law Enforcement position covered by special law enforcement or firefighter retirement provisions, including early or mandatory retirement. Uniformed position at all times. Armed Security Officer's duties include being a visible deterrent to criminal activity, providing security for patients, Associates, and visitors, protecting and patrolling hospital buildings, assets and premises as assigned. Responsibilities:

Qualifications

General Medical Requirements: As determined by OPM the duties of this position require moderate to arduous physical exertion involving walking and standing, use of firearms, and exposure to inclement weather. Manual dexterity with comparatively free motion of fingers, wrist, elbows, shoulders, hips and knee joints is required. Arms, hands, legs and feet must function sufficiently in order for applicants to perform the duties satisfactorily.
Education
Applicants in their last semester of a college program are encouraged to begin the application process for STAR. A final transcript from an accredited school confirming degree conferral and superior academic achievement (S.A.A.) which is based on class standing, grade-point average (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0), or honor society membership is required prior to a final job offer. Applicants selected for this position will be required to sign a continuing service agreement before being assigned to an initial training class. The continuing service agreement will commit the applicant to a specified period of employment with the Secret Service upon the successful completion of training.

The purpose of this position is to serve the citizens of the City and visitors to the Police Department. * Uses the Penal Code in assisting Police Officers with traffic control, responding to low priority (level 3 &4) calls and performs security patrols. Uses interview techniques when interacting with citizens concerning various elements of the law (property, white collar crime, drug crimes, etc.).
* Enhances public safety and supports police operations by performing fieldwork in all weather conditions.
Education & Experience

INELIGIBILITY AND DISQUALIFIERS LIST
Below is a list of occurrences that may disqualify the applicant either permanently or make the applicant ineligible for hire for a specified period of time. INELIGIBILTY LIST
1. IS NOT A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES. The applicant will be considered ineligible until citizenship is obtained in accordance with state and federal laws.
2. HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF OR ADMITTED TO CONDUCT that constitutes a Class B misdemeanor under the Penal Code or equivalent under federal law, to include the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), within ten (10) years, will result in a temporary rejection. Crimes involving moral turpitude may result in permanent disqualification and will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate consideration of circumstances.
NOTE: For the purposes of item #2 mentioned above, a person is convicted of a felony or misdemeanor crime involving moral turpitude, if a court of competent jurisdiction enters an adjudication of guilt against the person, or a plea of guilty is entered by the person, under the laws of this or another state or the United States, regardless of whether:
* The sentence is subsequently probated and the person is discharged from probation or community supervision;
* Deferred adjudication is granted;
* The accusation, complaint, information, or indictment against the person is dismissed is released from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the offense; or
* The person is pardoned for the offense unless the pardon is granted expressly for subsequent proof of innocence.
3. HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF OR ADMITTED TO CONDUCT which constitutes a class A misdemeanor or a felony under state or federal law, to include the UCMJ. Conviction of or admission to conduct that constitutes a class A misdemeanor or a felony will result in a permanent disqualification.
An applicant will not be considered for employment while charges are pending for any criminal offense.
4. HAVING A CONVICTION FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DWI OR DUI) WITHIN TEN (10) YEARS PRECEDING THE DATE OF APPLICATION OR DURING THE HIRING PROCESS. This will result in a temporary disqualification until the ten-year time period has expired from the date of the conviction.
5. EVER BEEN OR CURRENTLY ON COURT-ORDERED COMMUNITY SUPERVISION OR PROBATION ABOVE THE GRADE OF A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR OR A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR WITHIN THE LAST 10 YEARS. This will result in a temporary disqualification until the ten-year time period has expired from the date of the court order.
6. HAS FAILED TO DEMONSTRATE THEIR ABILITY TO READ, WRITE AND FLUENTLY SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. The applicant will be ineligible until the deficiency is corrected.
7. IS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION TO WHICH HE/SHE SEEKS APPOINTMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION. The applicant will be ineligible until he/she is able to perform the essential job functions.
8. IS UNABLE TO OBTAIN A TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME REQUIRED BY THE TEXAS TRANSPORTATION CODE. The applicant will be ineligible until he/she is able to obtain a Texas Driver's License.
DISQUALIFIERS LIST
Subject to final interpretation by the Chief of Police or his designee any of the following categories can be used as guidelines for temporary or permanent disqualification.
1. HAS USED ILLICIT SUBSTANCES AS INDICATED IN THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
Applicants will be temporarily disqualified when they have admitted to conduct which constitutes illegal use of marijuana, or any derivative during the last three (3) years. Applicants, who admit to conduct which constitutes abuse of legally obtained prescription medication(s), or illegal use of prescription medication(s) of another person, may be temporarily or permanently disqualified. Conduct involving the abuse and/or misuse of prescription medication(s) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with consideration given to circumstances. Applicants will be permanently disqualified for unlawfully possessing, or using any controlled substance listed in the Texas controlled Substance Act, felony level drugs (example: cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine). This includes the use of THC oil/vaping products. If an applicant has used or possessed any felony level drug or any controlled substance listed in the Texas controlled Substance Act prior to their 25th birthday, they must wait 10 years from the last time used. For example, if you used cocaine when you were 20 years of age, you would need to wait until you were 30 years of age to apply. Applicants will be disqualified for any history of inhaling any solvents, paints, or similar products over 17 years of age (once or twice as a juvenile will be accepted).
Applicants who have used illegal anabolic steroids after 1991 will be disqualified.
2. APPLICANTS WILL BE TEMPORARILY DISQUALIFIED WHO HAVE VIOLATIONS EXCEEDING THREE (3) EVENTS (MOVING VIOLATIONS OR PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS) IN THE PRECEDING THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS OR A RECKLESS DRIVING CONVICTION IN THE PRECEDING SIXTY (60) MONTHS. Lesser but more severe violations that tend to indicate driving habits that are not compatible with the operation of emergency vehicles and present potential liabilities to the City of Allen will be temporarily disqualified. Re-application will be permitted when the candidate can meet the above standards.
3. HAS BEEN DISMISSED OR RESIGNED IN LIEU OF DISMISSAL FROM ANY EMPLOYMENT FOR INEFFICIENCY, DELINQUENCY, OR MISCONDUCT. THIS WILL BE EVALUATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. Disqualification under this provision will be considered permanent.

Join GDIT and provide critical on-site Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) expertise and counsel to senior-level clients in direct support of Headquarters, Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for ISR and Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) (AF/A2). MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Assists in controlling disturbances on County property, takes necessary action to prevent injury to persons and/or property damage. Reports all circumstances to supervisor. Completes police reports and necessary paperwork.
2. Responds to fire alarms, bomb threats, medical emergencies, burglar, and other alarms and calls for service. Assists other County departments, emergency personnel and the public as needed. Assumes incident command until relieved by ranking Officer.
3. Enforces State and Federal Law, County ordinances and policies on County property. Directs Security Officers and Screeners at county entry points of critical infrastructure. Acts as Officer in Charge (OIC) in absence of the Sergeant.
4. Reports maintenance, and public and life safety needs identified while performing rounds on foot or in vehicle, and notifies the appropriate departments when issues are identified.
5. Performs arrests, issues citations and warnings when warranted. Files criminal cases as necessary with the District Attorney's Office. Performs specialized protection duties such as School Resource Officer, etc.

Qualifications
Education, Experience and Training:
Graduation from an accredited high school/GED Program. Thirty (30) college hours in Criminal Justice or in a job-related field of study preferred OR two (2) years of satisfactory security experience OR satisfactory law enforcement experience OR active military service with an honorable discharge.

Must be 21 years of age with a valid Texas Drivers License, good driving record and provide a copy of the 10 year driving history. Overview
Imperative Systems is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support Counter UAS systems integration and operations projects at US Government facilities both CONUS and OCONUS. The position requires an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to be granted SCI access. This role will entail routine interaction with C-UAS program management on both the contractor and client side. Significant emphasis is placed on responsiveness to government requirements, strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
We are seeking someone who is interested in the C-UAS field, excited about supporting a young and growing program, and motivated to protect critical US Government facilities and personnel overseas. A strong candidate will be detail-oriented, professionally mature, and look to play a “utility infielder” role while developing subject matter expertise on the UAS threat and current mitigation techniques.
Work Location
Arlington and Alexandria, Virginia
Travel: This position will entail periodic travel, mainly CONUS, but may also include OCONUS TDYs to project locations as needed.
Responsibilities
The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible on a daily and weekly basis for the following activities:
· Compile, analyze, and develop meaningful intelligence assessments from C-UAS system logs in the field.
· Develop and disseminate drone detection metrics reports.
· Report on field UAS detection incidents, both orally and in written form, to Government decision makers.
· Conduct trend and pattern analysis of the UAS threat and detection performance.
· Support development of training POIS for field staff including reporting templates, system log analysis and story-boarding techniques.
· Utilize proprietary and government datasets to collect and analyze relevant intelligence information.
· Conduct research on and develop briefs for RDT&E efforts on developments in C-UAS technologies and capabilities.
· Stay up to date on industry developments and how they impact mission.
· Interface with C-UAS systems vendors in industry.
· Interface with other agency and inter-agency stakeholders in reporting and responding to UAS detection and incursion incidents.
· Develop program briefs to apprise stakeholders of program status and development.
Requirements
Citizenship/Passport/Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility is required.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree. Equivalent experience of 3-4 years will be considered.
· Strong oral and writing communications skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to brief and interface with senior policy makers.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in the National Security sector. Preference will be given to candidates with UAS and SIGINT analytic backgrounds.
