Overview Vantor is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst with an emphasis on Imagery Analysis that will play a key role in intelligence operations by integrating multiple types of intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, etc.) with detailed imagery analysis to provide actionable insights. The analyst leverages a variety of sources, including satellite imagery, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) footage, and geospatial data, to support decision-making processes in areas such as military operations, national security, and strategic planning. This position requires a deep understanding of imagery analysis techniques, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other intelligence disciplines to produce comprehensive and actionable intelligence reports. What You'll Do Analyze Imagery Data: Interpret satellite imagery, aerial reconnaissance footage, and geospatial data to identify key patterns, changes, and anomalies. Integrate All-Source Intelligence: Combine imagery analysis with other forms of intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT) to develop a comprehensive intelligence picture. Report Generation: Produce clear, concise intelligence reports and visual products (maps, charts, imagery overlays) for dissemination to senior decision-makers. Collaborate with Other Analysts: Work closely with analysts from other disciplines to validate findings and ensure that intelligence assessments are well-rounded and accurate. Geospatial Analysis: Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools to conduct geospatial analysis and produce visual representations of intelligence data. Minimum Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph eligibility required). Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Geography, Geospatial Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3-5 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis with a specific focus on imagery analysis or geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). Demonstrated ability to: Technical Proficiency: Experience using imagery analysis software (e.g., ENVI, RemoteView) and GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS). Knowledge of Intelligence Community: Familiarity with intelligence gathering and analysis processes, as well as knowledge of the broader intelligence community's structure and workflows.
