Usually, militaries don't need a college education. The most common degree for militaries is bachelor's degree with 41% graduates, with only 23% military graduates earning high school diploma. Militaries who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or American University. Some good skills to have in this position include veterans, hand tools and ladders.

Popular military certifications include Military Fitness Specialist Certification, Certified Professional - Human Resource (IPMA-CP), or EPA Amusement Operators Safety Certification (EPA).
