Welcome Desk Coverage (as necessary) * Remain up-to-date with all communications across the office ranging from front desk coverage, program calendars (e-version and physical boards), and daily front desk procedures. * Ensure equipment and resources are stocked daily and relay key updates to the administrative assistants and/or staff throughout their shift. Communications/Marketing * Capture programming history (pictures, documents, presentation outlines) to help market key program events online and in print form. * Assist with the development of an overarching marketing and communications strategy for event promotion and closeouts. Outreach * Represent the program at internal and external community spaces to provide awareness of the mission, programs, and goals of the program(s). * Serve as a liaison with community partners/campus departments. Data and Assessment * Routinely collect data to provide to the database management staff member. * Communicate with database management staff member for tasks involving data collection, entry, and assessment. Peer Mentoring * Engage program participants though an individualized, holistic, peer mentoring model as needed. * Compile campus and community resources to effectively respond to student needs.
