Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operate the bagging equipment in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate packaging, coding, tagging, and labeling of finished products in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
* Maintain accurate production/packaging records for efficiency, quality, and inventory control.
* Obtain sanitary pallet samples for quality control in compliance with established procedures.

As a Sanitation Technician, you'll maintain a spotless and food-safe production environment, performing deep cleaning tasks during production and scheduled shutdowns. Perform thorough cleaning of equipment, ceilings, pipes, walls, tanks, and production areas
Operate power washers for extended periods (up to 65% of a 12-hour shift)

Statement of Job
Supervise and execute daily production activities by leading employees, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards to achieve production goals in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily production line operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets
Work as a hands-on, working supervisor alongside production teams
Assign work, monitor performance, and address personnel or operational issues proactively
Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety programs, quality standards, and safety procedures
Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment or resource constraints
Ensure materials, equipment, and staffing are available to meet production schedules
Review production orders and ensure schedules and output requirements are achieved
Maintain accurate and timely completion of daily manufacturing and production documentation
Communicate schedules, changes, and expectations clearly to production employees
Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safe work practices
Demonstrate strong leadership, work ethic, and positive influence on team members
Own the Daily Direction Setting process, including:
• Developing and executing the Plan for the Day and shift handoffs
• Monitoring the health of the CIL system
• Supporting planned stops and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Special Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Four-year degree and/or five years of production experience preferred
Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Ability to adapt to changing production demands and schedules
Basic computer proficiency
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of basic mathematics and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work safely within manufacturing operating conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, wear PPE, and work in varied temperature environments

Statement of Job
Direct maintenance and mechanical repair activities to maintain site assets and ensure the operability of all facility equipment. This role is responsible for safe, reliable operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, cost control, and continuous improvement, with minimal supervision.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
Maintain facility equipment and systems to support manufacturing and packaging operations
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues impacting production schedules
Develop and maintain the preventive maintenance program using the CMMS system
Monitor maintenance expenditures and support operating and capital budget objectives
Prepare and submit KPIs, operating reports, and required documentation

Special Requirements

Working knowledge of processing, packaging, freezing, environmental, and boiler operations
Ability to work independently and make timely decisions in a manufacturing environment
Experience with preventive maintenance programs, work order systems, and cost control

What you'll be doing.
The Intern is the support position at the local office to research and analyze data to improve crop management in the area. Work is planned and conducted under the Agronomist's guidance and with the Department Manager's advice. Projects may include the following:
Agriculture economics: You will participate in researching and analyzing local production data and observe the process of managing local raw supply.
Agriculture production - you can deepen your knowledge of potato production and monitor crop status.
Agriculture research: Under the supervision and direction of the company agronomist, you will design, collect, and analyze data on projects relevant to the company's future, including sustainability and production improvement. You will also participate in extension work promoting new techniques and best-growing practices.
Sustainability-Learn and contribute to McCain's sustainability goals of reducing carbon emissions and improving the regenerative agriculture practices of our potato growers.
In addition, you will:
Promote relations between the company and growers through periodic farm and storage visits
Track and evaluate potato varieties and their performance in the factory
Assist in developing research needed to determine best agricultural practices
Contribute to small plot research in collaboration with our local University partner
Statistical evaluation to identify best practices and data trends
Monitor and analyze internal raw product inspection procedures
Educate local growers on new field production and storage management techniques through written material, field demonstrations, tours, seminars, and workshops
Assist in collecting and analyzing the grower field and/or bin sampling program
Analyze cost of production
What you'll need to be successful.
College Junior/Senior majoring in Ag Science, Plant Science, Ag Business, Ag Economics, or a closely related discipline
Knowledge of farm practices and vegetable production is desirable but not necessary
Basic to Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheet, data management, and presentation preparations. Statistical computer applications are preferred
Communication skills - must be able to speak effectively both to individuals as well as to groups, making short presentations in group settings, familiar with video conferencing
Must be able to write routine correspondence and reports to a variety of audiences
A valid driver's license, comfortable flying/driving long distances
Work outside in different weather conditions under the sun and in a variety of temperatures
Occasionally requires substantial physical effort and working in awkward positions

What you'll be doing.
The Forming Machine Operator is responsible to operate and maintain one or more of the following pieces of equipment - Koppens/APS/Extruder/NEX-GEM. Forming Machine Operators must operate equipment in a safe manner, while maintaining quality specifications and production standards set by each line. Your day-to-day may consist of:
Understand and follow production schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment setup.
Conduct essential machine setup, pre-start checks, testing, and monitoring to ensure proper operation and product quality.

Efficiently manage materials and accurately complete required documentation throughout the shift.
Adapt to production changes, assist with material transport when trained, perform minor equipment adjustments, and participate in required training sessions.
This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing, walking, communicating, and sensory tasks throughout each shift, while frequently handling objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is required.
Available Shifts: AM Shift (6AM-6PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
What you'll need to be successful.
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of experience working in food manufacturing required, 12+ months of experience is strongly preferred.

About the role.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be planning and delivering engineering projects for the McCain North America within agreed budgets, timeframes, and standards. Statement of Job
Maintain site assets by performing mechanical and general electrical maintenance, modifying and assembling equipment as needed, and supporting the safe, efficient operation of plant systems. About the role.
The Reliability Technician uses predictive technologies to analyze building and infrastructure systems to assess appropriate level of maintenance required and detect developing defects that lead to potential equipment failure. Report all equipment failures to appropriate supervisors in writing and verbally

What you'll need to be successful.

Compensation Package
: $ - $ Starting at 30.05 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
