The Quality Technician has the responsibility for performing departmental analytical and clerical work in support of the plant quality function which includes conducting lab tests, preparing samples for shipment, and responding to internal calls. Ideal candidates will have 1 - 2 years of prior laboratory experience, preferably in a food grade manufacturing facility.
* Diligence, develop workflow, and organization skills.
* Visual inspection of collected samples.

* Perform environmental and product testing and communicate results to the plant and corporate management groups as needed.
* Advise operations associates to assure GMPs are followed in the plant.
* Solve practical problems and comfortably deal in high pressure situations.
* Possess the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral forms.
* Send timely "Out of Specification" (OOS) notices as needed to internal and appropriate corporate management
* Computer literacy: Knowledge and efficiently use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
* Communication with production team, supervisors, HR, and management.
* Create COA / COC as needed.

What is my role?
The Supervisor, Product Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product quality and compliance across inbound shipments within the distribution center (DC) operations. This role ensures product quality standards are met through audits, documentation, and close communication with factories, customers, and internal teams. Additionally, this role drives process management and supports the launch of the inbound compliance chargeback initiative and program. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to quality leadership, and the ability to influence behavioral change in the way shipments are coming to Hybrid.
What You'll Do
Product Quality Control & Oversight
Ensure finished goods are manufactured in accordance with the product specifications (measurements, fabric, trims and packing) and the quality of the workmanship meets all specified standards.
Manage relationships with overseas factories to ensure all allocated orders are manufactured as per our Quality standards.
Work closely with overseas mills and sewing factories, sourcing/production team, and other cross functional areas to continually escalate quality.
Maintain QC records of pass/fail results and track performance, review factory scorecards and performance metrics, recommend corrective actions, and submit findings to the chargeback support team.
Review and stay current with customers' QA manuals and quality standards. Communicate updates to factories and QC teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements
Conduct QC audits at the Distribution Center and spot audits for specific customers as required; ensure audit findings are accurately documented and reported
Partner with four team leaders and China QC personnel to maintain consistent product standards
Inbound Quality & Compliance
Ensure inbound shipments meet quality, compliance, and documentation standards
Support the inbound compliance chargeback initiative and program
Monitor vendor compliance and partner with stakeholders to reduce noncompliance issues
Communicate with overseas and domestic factories regarding quality findings and follow up with best practices and methods to correct issues.
Drive continuous improvement and behavior change in supplier and shipment quality practices
Interact with cross-functional teams in order to achieve continued focus and improvement in the quality and safety of our products.
Leadership & Collaboration
Develop, coach, and support QC team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
Serve as a liaison between domestic DC operations and the offshore (China) quality teams.
Work together with our Domestic and Import Production teams and CSR team in the development and implementation on continual training, evaluation and improvement of our QA Team local and overseas.
Other supervisory duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs
What You'll Need
5-7 years' experience in apparel quality management. Experience must also include at least 2 years of product safety.
Experience in apparel or consumer goods quality control is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of QC inspection processes and standards
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization and factory base.
Ability to manage multiple functions and projects in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in writing and implementing Quality standard operating procedures
Capable of statistically driven performance and issue management
Ability to organize work appropriately to meet and exceed department goals and objectives.
Demonstrate ability to effectively train and educate all QA auditors and vendors
Have a can-do/will-do/want-to-do attitude is a must.

The Quality Assurance Technologist serves as senior QA technical resource and liaison between departments, who reports directly to the QA Supervisor and dotted line to the QA Manager. Inspects and oversees all production line inspections of all finished goods manufactured in the production area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review the Batch Ticket Checklist for the following: Clearing area of previous job materials; correct packing materials on the floor for the job; encoding devices are set correctly for lot code and/or expiration date; set-up fill weights are in spec; label height is correct and signed-off label placement standard is nearby; all retain samples have been collected and taken to the Q.C. lab.
Check the Batch Ticket Bill of Materials/Component Sheet to be sure all parts are accounted for and that they are correct. This includes comparing Item Numbers and Item Description to carton labeling and the individual packaging components.
Check the filling equipment cleaning log to be sure it was updated when the last product was removed and cleaned.
Inspect at the first finished goods produced to be sure they look perfect. If the finished goods represent an item that we have not produced before it needs to be approved.
Q.C. Inspection Records. All out of specification results or defects should be circled and adequate notes of all follow-up action noted in the Job History Notes.
Q.C. Inspections should be completed four times an hour of run time. Run time includes additional packing, lot coding or labeling operations completed after off -line filling operations.
Look at finished goods for any/all defects as noted on the A.C. Inspection Records.
Report any/all problems to the Shift Lead immediately.
If there is a problem, ask the Machine Operator and/or Line Coordinator to stop the process immediately so the problem can be evaluated and corrected. This also prevents unnecessary or excessive rework.
Follow-up on defect problems by examining finished foods to be sure the problem has truly been corrected.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician to support our daily manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure every product meets our quality standards by supporting the systems that keep our output consistent for customers. The Quality Technician will work closely with on-site Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to identify issues, assist with corrective actions, and reduce variation in our processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining reliable, repeatable production and ensuring compliance with both customer and internal standards.
What You'll Do:
Perform routine quality checks, measurements, and visual inspections to ensure products create exceptional experiences for our customers
Support on-site manufacturing quality process control activities and maintain accurate documentation
Assist in maintaining quality records, equipment logs, and inspection documentation to support consistent production and compliance
Work directly with local Production, QA, and Engineering teams to provide data and observations during root cause analysis (RCA/CAPA) efforts
Monitor visual and dimensional product characteristics, especially color consistency, and promptly communicate discrepancies to supervisors
Collect, organize, and report quality and process data for trend analysis and continuous improvement
What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in quality
0-1 years of experience in a production, quality, or manufacturing support role
Working knowledge of basic quality tools (control charts, check sheets, 5 Whys, basic FMEA concepts)
Ability to perform accurate measurements, visual inspections, and data collection
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and basic data analysis techniques
Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
Experience with visually critical characteristics such as color consistency
Exposure to quality audits, feedback loops, or process verification activities
Familiarity with ISO standards or retail/consumer product compliance
Experience in wholesale, retail, or direct-to-consumer manufacturing environments'
Compensation:
$69,000-80,000 annual salary range (depending on location and experience)
An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join the New Holstein, WI team. The Quality Technician has the responsibility for performing departmental analytical and clerical work in support of the plant Quality function which includes conducting lab tests, preparing samples for shipment, and responding to internal calls.
Shift: Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm.
Pay: $22.35 per hour + $0.60 shift differential.
Responsibilities
* The Quality Technician has the responsibility for performing departmental analytical and clerical work in support of the plant Quality function which includes conducting lab tests, preparing samples for shipment, and responding to internal calls.
* Conduct and interpret lab tests as well as complete laboratory computation leading to accurate data reporting.
* Package and prepare samples for shipment to third party testing locations.
* Perform environmental and product testing, communicate results to the plant and corporate management groups as needed.
Requirements
* Ideal candidates will have 1 - 2 years of prior laboratory experience, preferably in a food grade manufacturing facility.
* Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications.
* Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
