I cant think of anything good to say about this company. They took over a building I had been the Maintenance Manager fo over 8-9 years. In 6 months I was out the door... They wanted me to pay full rent on my apartment. As an on site Manager , my apartment is part of my compensation package. This would have taken almost $40,000.00 from my earnings. I could go on, but Ive said enough
Everything is a con. The expect so much and no time to do it in.

I really liked that once trained I was given the freedom to just do my job, I was not micromanaged. There were people you could call and ask questions if need be but no one was looking over your shoulder. Everyone had a job, did their job and worked as a team.
Since it was a construction company there was a lot of turnover. The nature of the job has a lot of competition for the guys on the team to leave and find other companies. I started with one team and ended with an entirely different team.
