The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT lab-based projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements in IT and Grid Resilience PMO standards. This role involves managing a portfolio of lab demonstration projects, ensuring they meet milestones and budgetary constraints while efficiently handling scope changes. The PM will focus on pre-deployment testing and proof-of-concept (POC) development in a lab environment. This Project Manager must have experience over large IT projects. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Direct planning, scope definition, scheduling, and budgeting for IT lab environment projects.
Oversee a portfolio of lab demonstration projects, ensuring timely milestone completion and adherence to budgets.
Manage scope changes while ensuring project goals are achieved.
Perform analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, and implementation of medium- to high-complexity projects.
Build and oversee proof-of-concept (POC) testing in the lab to validate project feasibility.
Risk and Issue Management
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Implement RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) processes per Grid Resilience PMO guidelines.
Monitor and address scope changes, ensuring they are effectively communicated and resolved.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication
Build and lead cross-functional teams, including IT Leads for Cyber, Grid, and Enterprise Architecture.
Establish clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
Facilitate team and stakeholder meetings, providing regular updates on deliverables, milestones, and risks.
Process and Standards Adherence
Ensure compliance with company standards for Release Management, Change Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Financial Reporting.
Support lab-specific requirements such as testing readiness, security assessments, and environment setup.
Vendor and Contract Management
Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of quality goods and services.
Manage contracts, project metrics, and supplier performance to meet project objectives.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend strategies for improvement.
Maintain and share IT plans for potential new projects and emerging needs.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
7+ years of project management experience leading IT projects with multi-functional teams (8-12 members).
3+ years managing large, complex projects involving software or cloud deployment using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
3+ years of experience leading project quality initiatives, including metrics and quality assurance.
2+ years managing vendor contracts, project metrics, and supplier performance.
Comfortable executing task oriented work and following direction from supervisors to meet team and organizational needs.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Computing Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of IT experience in the electric utility industry.
2+ years of experience in IT portfolio management or customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Octane, GitHub) and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio).
Familiarity with Product Line and Value Streams methodologies.
Prior experience in IT lab environments preferred but not mandatory.
PMP or CSM - or working towards it.
Key Deliverables and Milestones
Ensure timely completion of IT lab-based project milestones, including:
IT requirements definition and Solution Design Council (SDC) approval.
Vendor risk assessments, security design assessments, and testing readiness.
Cyber testing, final risk management reports, and decommissioning activities.
Additional Notes
Role focuses on managing IT lab environments; candidates with prior lab PM experience are strongly preferred.
Potential travel to Westminster and Pomona lab sites.
Remote work is acceptable but must operate in PST hours.
California-based candidates are highly preferred.
A deep understanding of cyber and grid systems is not required, though familiarity is a plus.

What you will do:
Partner closely with the CEO and the leadership team team to prioritize initiatives, drive clarity on KPIs, improve accountability, ensure decisions are informed by consistent data, reporting, and performance insights while keeping work (projects) moving forward

Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree
2 years' direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project planning through execution and delivery

May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays

About the Role:
Reporting to the Sector Lead, Directed Content, our Project Managers are the process and project management lynchpins of the Directed Content engine - responsible for defining the research scope and angles of Directed Content projects that guide the work of our Analysts. Project Managers are accountable for understanding what expert profiles are most relevant to client interest in their sectors of coverage - leveraging Director of Research insights, Client Contributor feedback, user engagement data, and the AlphaSense platform itself to guide an understanding of what will deliver the deepest and most relevant insights to Expert Transcript Library clients. Run daily pod huddles to evaluate project statuses and progress toward weekly and monthly goals
Monitor scheduling, compliance, expert rates, and call numbers for each project

Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of the relevant expertise for different topics and targets that are germane to your sector of coverage - deploying that understanding to guide project scope and Analyst sourcing

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. The Role
As a Conversion Project Manager at Bloomerang, you are the first point of contact after the Sales process for clients converting existing data into Bloomerang. You will work closely with new clients to ensure the successful conversion of donor data from their current systems into Bloomerang in alignment with specified project timelines according to organization goals. With the ultimate goal of bringing best practices to life, we depend on our Conversion Project Managers to position clients for fundraising success within Bloomerang solutions.
What You Will Do
Guide new clients through their conversion journey.
Manage a full project load of clients, ensuring on-time project deliverables.
Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings during each phase of a conversion with the client.
Partner with the Conversion Technical Services teams to identify and resolve anomalies in client data through the submission of data revision requests when necessary.
Evaluate, document, and escalate any client issues or concerns that arise throughout the conversion journey.
Successfully manage a full project load, ensuring conversion milestones are consistently met.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and problem-solve common to complex conversion issues independently in the best interest of clients.
Maintain a 90% average on-time delivery record for completed conversions
Maintain an average CSAT score of 88% or higher in Top 2 ratings

Compensation
