About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Bloomsburg, PA) We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team. What You'll Do: As a Lube Technician, you'll be the heart of our operation, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly serviced vehicle. Your key responsibilities include: Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with speed and precision. Washing windshields, checking tire pressure, and ensuring every vehicle is in top shape. Engaging with customers to recommend the best oil and services for their needs. Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Assisting with opening/closing procedures and promoting our brand with pride. Occasionally holding signs to attract customers and bring energy to the shop! What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure. Team player with a professional appearance and strong work ethic. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. Work Environment: You'll work in a dynamic shop environment with exposure to hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
