This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who's mechanically inclined, dependable, and thrives in a team setting. You'll help set up machines, handle materials, and ensure the smooth flow of operations. What You'll Do: Load coils and assist with machine setup Cut materials using hand shears and assist with mechanical adjustments Prepare and organize finished parts using metal racks and conveyors Catch and stack pieces during production Strap finished products according to specifications Keep your work area clean and organized Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures Take on other duties as assigned by your supervisor What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and micrometers Able to read and follow Manufacturing Orders and quality instructions Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working on your feet for long periods Safety-focused and a reliable team player Work Environment: You'll be working in a mill and manufacturing setting with regular exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions.     The Flexo 1st Helper is responsible for utilizing the Alliance Pre-Feeder to feed sheets into the flexo folder gluer. The 1st Helper is also responsible for assisting in the set-up of the machine.
