The Plant Operator is knowledgeable in all facets of plant operations (grinding, material handling, pollution control equipment & processes. The Plant Operator's ability to respond by use of effective mechanical, electrical, process or support systems skills is critical for success in this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures
Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture
Assists with plant operations, specifically Vertical Roller Mill and associated process equipment, follow written, verbal or diagram instructions
Monitors and records daily levels of ground Bottom Ash and Fly Ash in the silos
Communicate with Lead Operator, Operations Manager and other line support regarding maintenance/operational issues
Ensure compliance with all production/quality/maintenance processes and work being performed
Attends regular safety meeting and follows all safety guidelines as required. Conduct shift handover meetings
Operates small utility mobile equipment on site when required
Operates heavy equipment where necessary
Performs and/or assists with maintenance on process equipment and facilities as directed by plant management
Ensure housekeeping and work areas are maintained properly to meet facility standards
Perform mechanical/process troubleshooting
Provide peer coaching discussions to correct issues
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams

BASIC FUNCTION

Primecare Hospice and Palliative Care PRN CNA is responsible for providing personal care under the direction of a registered nurse.
Essential Duties:
Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc) according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care.
Document care provided according to agency policy.
Report any deviations from the Plan of Care to the Case Manager (or designee if not available).
Use Durable Medical Equipment safely.
Take vital signs when on Hospice Aide Plan of Care.

Instructional Aide/ Lab Assistant

Under general supervision, the Instructional Aide assists instructors with providing education and\/or training to technical college students. Assists faculty with laboratory and classroom safety and management, including monitoring students in the classroom, labs, dual enrollment, and\/or telepresence learning environment. Provides substitute teaching coverage as needed. Completes all assignments in a timely manner and maintains accurate records. Maintain qualifications for employment as described by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Policy Manual and accreditation standards. Follows rules and regulations as described by the TCSG Policy Manual and other policies and procedures established by the institution. Position reports to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
§ Monitor students in learning environment
§ Assist faculty with laboratory and classroom setup, safety and management
§ Maintain and clean classroom and laboratory
§ Monitor and maintains classroom\/lab supplies and equipment
§ Provide substitute teaching coverage as needed.
Location\/Schedule:
This position is projected to work 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fridays. Position is projected to serve CGTC's northern counties of Baldwin, Putnam, and\/or Jones with travel to other college campus locations as needed, including dual enrollment high school sites. This position is scheduled to work all 12 calendar months per year and at a maximum of 29 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications, in addition to the minimum qualifications:
Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, provide transcripts of conferred degrees and demonstrate in the employment history possession of one or more of the following:
· Documented working knowledge of safety practices in a classroom\/lab setting
· Documented teaching experience at a secondary or post\-secondary level in a CTAE discipline.
· Documented teaching or learning experience in a telepresence learning environment
BenefitsSalary \/ Benefits:
Projected annual gross salary of $15 per hour. May include additional stipends for orientation and trainings, etc. This is a part\-time position scheduled to work 12\-months a year and maximum of 29 hours per week and does not imply or suggest a promise of future full\-time employment. CGTC is a member of Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRS) and Employees Retirement System of Georgia (ERS). Part\-time positions are not eligible for TRS or ERS retirement benefits, state insurance, leave or holiday pay.

Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA (Goodwill) was founded in Macon in 1975 to serve individuals with disabilities and other special needs. In 1995, we opened our first Job Connection career center, where anyone with a barrier to employment could receive career counseling and job placement assistance. Today, our Goodwill organization operates ten regional career centers, serving residents of 31 counties in Georgia and four in South Carolina.
BASIC FUNCTION
As a Retail Store Associate at Goodwill, you play a vital role in helping transform lives through the power of work. You will support the mission by collecting, processing, and selling donated goods to customers at our retail stores and donation centers. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality work, enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and want to be part of something bigger than just a job, making a real difference in the community every day.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Floor Responsibilities
· Serve as a role model and instructor in the subject of “work” for individuals receiving training or job placement assistance through Goodwill. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and passion for quality.
· Greet and assist customers with merchandise selection.
· Operate the store's cash register in compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Close out assigned cash drawer at the end of the shift and balance cash amounts.
· Ensure excellent customer service and direct complaints to the appropriate personnel.
· Rotate merchandise from the sales floor as instructed, accurately recording rotation numbers.
· Assist in display setup and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
· Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
· Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
· Cross-train in other workstations as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Production Responsibilities
· Be an instructor in the subject of “work” for individuals participating in Goodwill training or job placement programs, leading by example through a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Greet and assist donors, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
· Pre-sort donations into appropriate categories and workstations.
· Assess the quality of merchandise and prepare acceptable items for the sales floor.
· Remove and dispose of unsellable items according to company procedures.
· Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading donation trailers.
· Accurately record production and rotation numbers.
· Maintain safety standards and ensure a secure working environment.
· Provide excellent donor relations and escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
· Rotate merchandise from the sales floor as required.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with company standards.
· Cross-train in other workstations as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Ability to perform basic math functions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
· Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
· Ability to work a full shift of at least 8 hours per scheduled workday.
· Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends, as assigned.
