Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with team members, engineers, and supervisors to discuss project requirements and machining processes. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, time spent on each job, and any issues encountered. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Machinist with a strong understanding of both manual and CNC machining processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Skilled in setting up and operating both manual and CNC machining equipment. Mastercam programming experience with Proto Trak control preferred. Experience with Haas & Doosan multi-axis machines preferred. Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and dial bores. Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts, and machining accessories. Strong math skills, including geometry. Knowledge of various metal properties and machinability. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certification is a plus. Position Details: Regular hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
