This role focuses on delivering high-quality academic support for middle school students in an after-school setting. The position requires developing and implementing engaging activities in reading, writing, and mathematics, aligned with Florida State Standards. Responsibilities include customizing instruction to meet individual needs, especially for students below grade level, and providing in-person support. The role involves encouraging regular attendance, tracking student progress, and communicating with Program Lead about academic performance. Additional duties include managing student behavior and accommodating students with disabilities.
