    Job Title: Grain Millwright Reports to: Area Operations Manager Position Objective: The Grain Millwright will help with the grain in the fall and outside of harvest, will work with other millwrights on projects and problem solving at any/all of our locations, which will ultimately result in outstanding customer service. Occupation Specific Tasks: Ability to fabricate and weld and build transitions Knowing how to work with a crane, rigging and signals Reading blueprints Understand the flow of grain The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, self-starter, strong organizational and problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he/she will frequently deal with team members and customers, ability to work long hours under stressful conditions, must be able to routinely meet deadlines. Pay will be based on experience. Required/Preferred Skills: Grain grading license required, will provide training and ongoing continued testing to maintain, CDL Endorsement a plus, will train if needed, welding skills.
