The
Vice President of Maintenance
is responsible for the overall performance of the Company's fixed operations, ensuring that each service facility meets both short and long-range objectives and appropriately contributes to Company goals.
Requirements
You Will:
Set monthly and annual budgets for department expenses, as well as monthly and annual service sales budgets. Utilize Company systems to accurately track sales, production, and performance vs. objectives.
Determine both short and long term staffing requirements for production and support personnel in all service shops.
Develop procedures to implement company policies, practices, and standards for shop(s) hours of operation, pay plans and pay levels, employee training, standards of performance and productivity, equipment maintenance, computer systems relating to the maintenance business, and ultimately responsible for successful handling of all maintenance customers.
Meet with direct reports monthly and review their performance vs. objectives. Counsel/Mentor team members who fail to meet their objectives and assist them in implementing plans for improvement.
Guide Regional Maintenance Managers and individual Shop Service Managers, as well as other Maintenance staff, in developing and executing specific policies and procedures related to Customer Satisfaction Standards, Warranty Administration, expense controls, sales performance, and departmental coordination within and outside fixed.
Provide training for Maintenance team in management skills including communication skills, personnel time management, customer and factory relations, and personnel evaluations among others.
Oversee all decisions on major repairs both in-house and sublet.
Oversee all fixed operation facilities and equipment, including maintenance and parts.
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with vehicle manufacturer's representatives, suppliers and other vendors.
Administer the Warranty and Policy Program including Recalls, Campaigns and Service Bulletins. Will also administer the Parts and Tire Programs.
Perform management inspections on a regular basis while visiting individual service locations.
Oversee each department's compliance with federal, state, and local fire, safety, and environmental regulations, including by not limited to DOT, OSHA, MSDS, Fuel Spills, and Right to Know as needed by the Company.
Ensure that all federal, state and local regulations regarding wage and hour guidelines and employee/employer relations are properly administered.
Be hands-on leader while working with Management and Maintenance.
Oversee the implementation and operation of Company systems including: Company Road Call System, Preventative Maintenance Program, Shop Purchase Order System, and Diagnostic Computer Systems.
Oversee all expenses and purchasing programs for shop equipment, parts, tools, etc.
You Have:
Experience leading and managing over Ten (10) Diesel maintenance shops located across multiple states in the northeastern United States.
Ten plus (10) years of experience in Diesel Truck repair and maintenance.
Ten (10) years of leadership and management experience.
Excellent communication (oral and written), analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to operate the overall maintenance department profitably and in accordance with Company guidelines.
Valid Driver's License and a good driving record is required. (A commercial driver's license may be required for heavy truck).
Ability to travel 20% of the time visiting maintenance shops as needed.
Experience in Full-Service Leasing is strongly preferred.
High school diploma required. College Degree preferred.

Analyze Dedicated, Lease and Rental operations and recommend changes to management.

You Have the following experience:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Commercial Truck Leasing and Rental industry.
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales teams within the Commercial Truck Leasing and Rental industry.
A Bachelor's Degree. Possibly a graduate degree, not required.
The ability to learn company systems necessary to be successful in this position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong management experience over geographically dispersed sales teams.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and documentation as needed in this position.
Work Conditions:

IT Manager is a member of the IT team and is responsible for managing the overall delivery of IT services to clients and internal stakeholders. Focuses on establishing, evolving and maintaining IT operations overseeing multiple MSP and technology partners to service level agreements, ensuring service quality, and managing partner/client relationships.

IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that services are delivered to clients in a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective manner. IT Operations: Establish and mature IT operations in a hybrid model with internal, MSP and technology partner resources to deliver IT services.
Technical: Provide technology solution designs that will meet the business needs and define the scope and execution requirements for both internal and partner (MSP) resources.
Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with the MSP and other partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Demand Management: Develop and manage process for managing demand from the business and reporting on activity and progress.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the MSP's performance, including monitoring systems, addressing incidents, and ensuring stability.
Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the IT team and MSP to ensure the company's IT strategy is implemented and supported by the MSP.
Performance Analysis: Analyze MSP performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency.
Security Management: Ensure the MSP is following security best practices and implementing necessary security measures.
You Have:
Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline or comparable experience
5+ years of related IT operations and service delivery management experience including measuring and managing multiple technology partners
Project management experience facilitating technology projects
Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude

Guaranteed 4-5 hours per day
9.5 months out of the year / 38 weeks (summer work available!)
Opportunities always exist to sign up for additional hours (sports, trips, extended/summer programs)

In this position you can expect:

PAID CDL Training - earn while you learn! The training rate for this position is $15.50 per hour. Upon successful completion of the training period, the hourly rate will increase to $25.10 per hour.
