Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalent preferred, but on-the-job training is provided. Must have good work habits such as acceptable attitude and punctuality. Must respond appropriately to supervision. Excellent typing, spelling and grammar skills required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists Shopgoodwill Manager in answering customer queries. Assist in resolution of order fulfillment issues as needed. Pulls items to be shipped or mails items to be shipped. Orders should be shipped within 48 hours of payment. Prints shipping labels out on Endicia Software as needed. Follows safety guidelines Other related duties as assigned by the Systems Operations Manager Keeps Systems Operations Manager informed of progress and problems. Identify and implement process changes to improve productivity. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push or pull. Must be able to occasionally sit, kneel, squat, and climb. Must be able to regularly stoop, bend, reach tum and twist body and lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
