Pros

Great customer and pro connections. Amazing sales and project management skills experience.

Cons

Non commissioned. Horrible pay. Customers and managers do not respect your time and are demanding. Expect you to drop everything. Expected to meet sales, measure, lead and credit quotas weekly AND maintain showroom and do aisle work all without having any overtime.
