The Program and Outreach Director is responsible for developing, leading and overseeing a resident centered activities and outreach program that promotes and integrates the Phoenix Senior Living philosophy to incorporate wellness in all aspects of the seniors' lives we serve. Ensuring all dimensions (emotional, sense of purpose, physical, social, intellectual and spiritual) are incorporated into the services we provide and embrace. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will maximize client renewal and growth rates by cultivating implementations that get results.
