What You'll Do • Officiate games across various age divisions with fairness, consistency, and professionalism. • Enforce NHL Street and league rules while keeping the game flowing smoothly. • Promote positive conduct and sportsmanship among players, coaches, and spectators. • Provide clear and calm explanations of calls and rules when needed. • Assist with setup and takedown of equipment before and after games. • Report injuries, incidents, or concerns promptly to the Youth Program Director. • Serve as an active, visible representative of NHL Street to players, families, and the community. • Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to officiate every assigned game.
