Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

Duties include ensuring occupancy standards are met, collecting & recording rent payments, ensuring all paperwork is complete according to HUD and LSS expectations, verifying the data, ensuring the building & apartments are appropriately maintained, and handling any tenant disputes up to and including evictions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Position Summary
Join us as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, where you'll perform high-quality diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures in accordance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role includes performing general and cardiac nuclear medicine studies as well as PET scanning, utilizing state-of-the-art imaging technology and working closely with an expert radiology team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Operate nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports as required for patient care and compliance.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate exam results.
Monitor patients during imaging for safety, comfort, and potential adverse reactions.
Participate in radiation safety and quality assurance activities to maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program
Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)

Certified as a Technologist (RT) and certified in Nuclear Medicine (NM) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

About the Role
The Production Supervisor - Weld & Fabrication is responsible for leading and managing welding and fabrication operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role oversees day-to-day shop floor activities, focusing on productivity, quality, and team development. The Production Supervisor will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold company safety standards, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in welding and fabrication environments, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve excellence in performance and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the Weld and Fabrication departments to meet or exceed production, quality, and safety goals.
Analyze, interpret, and report on production statistics and departmental performance metrics.
Develop, implement, and maintain cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
Oversee scheduling and staffing to meet production demands while ensuring proper utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in safety audits, training, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Supervise and coach production employees, including conducting performance reviews, addressing personnel issues, and fostering professional growth.
